人才培养:强化大学的根本职能

【摘要】：人才培养是大学存在之本,不应把大学的科学研究与社会服务职能同人才培养职能相提并论。大学的科学研究与社会服务应当有助于人才培养。对于大学的科学研究与社会服务,有必要就其"人才培养贡献度"进行"教育性评价"。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of talents is the foundation of the existence of universities, and the functions of scientific research and social service should not be compared with the functions of cultivating talents.The scientific research and social service of the university should be helpful to the cultivation of talents.For the scientific research and social service of university, it is necessary to carry on "educational evaluation" on its "contribution to the cultivation of talents".
