基于学生主体性的高校创新创业教育研究

【摘要】:2015年《国务院办公厅关于深化高等学校创新创业教育改革的实施意见》(后简称《实施意见》)中提出,深化高等学校创新创业教育改革,是国家实施创新驱动战略、促进经济提质增效升级的迫切需要,是推进高等教育综合改革、促进高校毕业生更高质量创业就业的重要举措。与此同时,我国经济发展进入新常态,迫切需要各级各类创新创业人才为市场注入新活力,在此时代背景下,传统高等教育以课堂教学为核心,追求单一知识和技能的提高的教育方式已经不能完全应对国家快速发展而对人才提出的更高要求,笔者认为创新创业教育的应运而生为人才培养提出了一种新思路。基于此,笔者从学生主体性视角出发,以南京理工大学为个案,探讨我国创新创业教育中存在的问题,以期为创新创业教育的发展与建设提供一些支持与帮助。首先,笔者对国内外创新创业教育的研究情况和学生主体性的研究情况进行了梳理,确定了自己的研究方法、研究视角、研究对象和研究流程。其次介绍了主体性、学生主体性、主体性教育理论等相关理论基础,并阐述了创新创业教育中发展学生主体性的重要性,认为创新创业教育应该回归其教育育人的本质。然后以南京理工大学为案例,运用问卷调查、深度访谈等方法,确证了创新创业教育的实施过程中存在主体性失落的情况,并进一步分析了影响学生主体性发展的相关因素。最后,笔者认为完善的课程体系的建立应该成为创新创业教育促进学生主体性发展的落脚点,于是针对课程体系的建设提出了一系列建议。
[Abstract]:In the "opinions of the General Office of the State Council on the implementation of the Reform of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Colleges and Universities" in 2015 (hereinafter referred to as "the implementation opinions"), it is pointed out that deepening the reform of innovative entrepreneurship education in institutions of higher learning is a national innovation-driven strategyThe urgent need to promote the upgrading of economic quality and efficiency is an important measure to promote the comprehensive reform of higher education and to promote the higher quality of employment for college graduates.At the same time, the economic development of our country has entered the new normal, and it is urgent to inject new vitality into the market with all kinds of innovative entrepreneurial talents at all levels. Under the background of the times, the traditional higher education takes classroom teaching as the core.The educational way of pursuing the improvement of single knowledge and skill can not fully meet the higher requirements for the talents put forward by the rapid development of the country. The author thinks that the creation of innovative entrepreneurship education has put forward a new way for the cultivation of talents.Based on this, the author takes Nanjing University of Science and Technology as a case to discuss the problems in innovative entrepreneurship education in order to provide some support and help for the development and construction of innovative entrepreneurship education from the perspective of students' subjectivity.Firstly, the author combs the research situation of innovative entrepreneurship education at home and abroad and the research situation of students' subjectivity, and determines its own research method, research perspective, research object and research process.Secondly, it introduces the theoretical basis of subjectivity, student subjectivity and subjectivity education theory, and expounds the importance of developing students' subjectivity in innovative entrepreneurship education, and holds that innovative entrepreneurship education should return to its essence of educating people.Then, taking Nanjing University of Technology as a case, using the methods of questionnaire investigation and in-depth interview, this paper confirms the situation of the loss of subjectivity in the implementation of innovative entrepreneurship education, and further analyzes the relevant factors that affect the development of students' subjectivity.Finally, the author believes that the establishment of a perfect curriculum system should become the foothold of innovative entrepreneurship education to promote the development of students' subjectivity, and puts forward a series of suggestions for the construction of curriculum system.
