大学生目标教育实施中操作体系的研究

【摘要】：随着新一轮目标教育工作的顺利推进,急需解决理论与实践之间的矛盾,以保证和促进目标教育的更加完善。构建目标教育实施中的操作体系具有重要的指导和激励性作用,树立正确的发展目标,通过努力工作实现目标,是人类社会特有的现象,体现了人的主观能动性。大学生目标教育实施过程中操作体系与可操作性进行了研究,旨在揭示操作体系的主要特征和内在规律,提出构建目标教育操作体系的理论依据,确立大学生目标教育实施中操作体系的内容与权重,从理论与实践两个层面提出解决大学生目标教育实施中操作体系的可操作性问题的方法。本文以目标教育、操作体系和管理方法理论为指导,运用理论与实证相结合的方法,本论文的篇章结构包括五个方面的内容。第一部分,主要描述了选题的目的及意义、研究思路及方法、国内外研究的现状论文的重点、难点、创新点等方面的问题。第二部分,主要阐述了大学生目标教育实施过程的中理论综述,分析目标及目标教育的内涵、操作体系、大学生目标教育的实施中的操作体系。第三部分论述了大学生目标教育操作体系实施中的特性包括了操作体系实施中的重要性、实践性、实效性,通过以上三种特性的分析论证了大学生目标教育实施中操作体系构建的价值意义。第四部分是本文重点部分,主要从大学生目标教育实施中操作体系的基本原则、环节、具体内容。重点解读操体系的导向性、系统性、科学性原则,操作体系的主体与客体、要素、流程、方法、及测评。本文对这些方面进行研究。从实践角度出发,分析和探讨实施中操作方案的具体办法,是完善目标教育理论的重要支撑,对培养综合素质、全面发展的人才具有重要的现实意义。
[Abstract]:With the smooth progress of the new round of goal education, it is urgent to solve the contradiction between theory and practice in order to ensure and promote the perfection of target education.It is a special phenomenon of human society to construct the operation system in the implementation of target education and to set up the correct development goal and realize the goal through hard work, which embodies the subjective initiative of human beings.This paper studies the operation system and maneuverability of college students' target education in order to reveal the main characteristics and internal rules of the operation system and put forward the theoretical basis for constructing the operational system of target education.This paper establishes the content and weight of the operation system in the implementation of college students' target education, and puts forward the methods to solve the operational problems of the operation system in the implementation of the target education of college students from the two aspects of theory and practice.Under the guidance of the theory of target education, operation system and management method, the text structure of this thesis includes five aspects.The first part mainly describes the purpose and significance of the topic, research ideas and methods, the current situation of domestic and foreign research papers, difficulties, innovations and other aspects of the problems.The second part mainly expounds the middle theory of the implementation process of college students' goal education, analyzes the connotation, the operation system and the operation system of the target education of college students.The third part discusses the characteristics in the implementation of the operational system of college students' target education, including the importance, practicality and effectiveness of the implementation of the operational system.Through the analysis of the above three characteristics, this paper demonstrates the value significance of the operation system construction in the implementation of college students' target education.The fourth part is the key part of this paper, mainly from the basic principles, links and specific contents of the operation system in the implementation of the target education for college students.The guiding, systematic and scientific principles of the operating system, the subject and object of the operating system, the elements, the process, the method, and the evaluation are emphatically interpreted.This article carries on the research to these aspects.From the point of view of practice, it is an important support to perfect the theory of target education to analyze and discuss the concrete methods of the operation scheme in practice, which is of great practical significance to the cultivation of comprehensive quality and the all-round development of people.
