基于专利技术特征的高校专利转化模式选择研究

【摘要】：对于高校专利成果转化,选择何种转化模式至关重要。本文从专利技术质量、专利技术成熟度、互补性资产、市场和技术不确定性四个专利技术特征展开分析,研究其对高校专利成果转化的三种主导模式的选择影响。通过对168个已转化专利开展调查研究,结果显示:专利技术特征影响高校专利转化。当专利技术质量较差时,创办企业和转让比许可更有可能实施转化;当专利技术成熟度越高时,越有可能通过许可或转让到现有企业实施转化。互补性资产和不确定性没有直接证据证明假设。但是,我们从调研中发现,减少专用性互补资产的成本以及市场和技术不确定性的风险,企业具有结盟等更好的应对策略。
[Abstract]:It is very important to choose which transformation mode for the transformation of university patent achievement.In this paper, the characteristics of patent technology quality, patent technology maturity, complementary assets, market and technological uncertainty are analyzed, and the choice of three dominant modes for the transformation of patent achievements in colleges and universities is studied.Based on the investigation of 168 transformed patents, the results show that the characteristics of patent technology affect the patent transformation in colleges and universities.When the quality of patent technology is poor, it is more likely to carry out transformation than licensing, and the higher the maturity of patent technology, the more likely it is to carry out transformation through license or transfer to existing enterprises.Complementary assets and uncertainties have no direct evidence to support the hypothesis.However, we find from the research that reducing the cost of specialized complementary assets and the risk of market and technological uncertainty, companies have better coping strategies such as alliances.
