高校教师评估素养发展

【摘要】:高校教师要花费大量时间用于与评估相关活动,他们既要设计学生学习成就的终结性评估,又要进行以促学为主要目标的课堂评价,同时还需要运用评估结果获取反馈信息,从而改善教学效果。教师评估素养决定了评估质量,而评估质量又关系着教学质量。本文梳理了评估素养的概念以及国内外相关研究状况,分析了当前高校教师评估素养发展面临的问题,探讨了提高我国高校教师评估素养的有效途径。
[Abstract]:College teachers spend a lot of time on evaluation-related activities. They not only design the summative assessment of students' learning achievement, but also carry out classroom evaluation with the main goal of promoting learning. At the same time, they also need to use the evaluation results to obtain feedback information. So as to improve the teaching effect. Teachers' quality of evaluation determines the quality of evaluation, and the quality of evaluation is related to the quality of teaching. This paper combs the concept of evaluation literacy and the related research situation at home and abroad, analyzes the problems facing the development of college teachers' evaluation literacy, and probes into the effective ways to improve the evaluation literacy of college teachers in China.
