制度性话语权视角下高等教育强国建设的路径选择

【摘要】：制度性话语权是对制度产生影响和控制的权力,它在全球教育治理中起着关键作用。增强中国在全球教育治理体系中的制度性话语权,建设高等教育强国,需要加快国家行动或国家联合体行动;主动提出教育规则、制度、标准并得到国际性认同;培养通晓全球教育法律、制度的专家并成为国际组织成员;构建教育利益共同体形成多边交流的主导性力量。
[Abstract]:The institutional right of speech is the right to influence and control the system, which plays a key role in the global educational governance. To strengthen China's institutional right to speak in the global educational governance system and to build a powerful country in higher education, it is necessary to speed up the action of the State or the Commonwealth of Nations, to proactively propose educational rules, systems, standards and be recognized internationally. To train experts who are familiar with global education law and system and to become members of international organizations; to build a community of educational interests to form the dominant force of multilateral communication.
