思想政治教育视域下的大学生创业教育研究

【摘要】:中国当前对大学生创业能力的培养,存在效率低下的现象,对该现象的深入分析易于发现,没有从精神层面上开展创业教育。思想政治教育与大学生创业教育在宏观层面上,不论是在政治功能还是社会功能上都具有异曲同工之处;在微观层面上,他们既有理论上的互相渗透又有模式上的互相依托。因此从思想政治教育视域分析大学生创业教育,既利于进一步研究和探索创业教育精神层面的内容,又有助于丰富拓展思想政治教育的学科内容,进而为完善我国的思政教育与创业教育课程体系提供合适的政策建议。本文首先对国内外关于思政教育和大学生创业教育的研究现状进行梳理分析,将创业教育作为本文研究的突破口,采取文献和理论分析的方法,阐述了思政教育视域下的大学生创业教育。全文分为五个部分。第一部分,主要是提出了本文的选题背景及其研究目的、文献综述、研究意义、研究方法及其创新点。在这一部分主要论述了相关的研究现状,并通过对国内外研究现状的对比分析,指出了我国在思政教育的过程中存在忽视培养大学生创业能力的问题,从而提出本选题研究的意义。第二部分,论述了大学生创业教育及其特点,从创业教育的内涵出发,逐步引深到大学生创业教育的内容和主要特点。第三部分,主要论述了思想政治教育与创业教育结合的必要性及相互关系,即二者的异同及相互作用。第四部分,论析思想政治教育视域中我国高校大学生创业教育的问题及原因。我国思想政治教育老师创业知识的缺乏、高校对创业教育重视不足、创业教育和思想政治教育两个学科之间缺乏交流、创业理论教育和学生实践的脱节等原因,直接导致了当前的思想政治教育部分缺乏创业教育的内容,最终影响了对大学生创业者的培训效率。第五部分,从国家、学校、家庭和个人四个层面出发,对思政教育视域中的大学生创业教育的路径进行了思考,就如何进一步的将创业教育与思政教育结合提出思考和建议。
[Abstract]:At present, there is a phenomenon of low efficiency in the cultivation of college students' entrepreneurial ability in China. The in-depth analysis of this phenomenon is easy to find out, and no entrepreneurship education has been carried out from the spiritual level. Ideological and political education and college students' entrepreneurship education have similarities and differences in both political and social functions at the macro level; at the micro level, they have both theoretical penetration and mutual dependence on each other. Therefore, analyzing the entrepreneurship education of college students from the perspective of ideological and political education is not only conducive to further research and exploration of the spiritual aspects of entrepreneurship education, but also helpful to enrich and expand the subject content of ideological and political education. Then it provides appropriate policy suggestions for perfecting the curriculum system of ideological and political education and entrepreneurship education in China. This paper firstly analyzes the current research situation of ideological and political education and college students' entrepreneurship education at home and abroad, takes entrepreneurship education as the breakthrough point of this paper, and adopts the methods of literature and theoretical analysis. This paper expounds the entrepreneurship education of college students from the perspective of ideological and political education. The full text is divided into five parts. The first part mainly puts forward the background and purpose of this paper, literature review, research significance, research methods and innovative points. In this part, the author mainly discusses the related research status, and points out the problem of neglecting the cultivation of college students' entrepreneurial ability in the process of ideological and political education in China through the comparative analysis of the domestic and foreign research status. The significance of this research is put forward. The second part discusses the entrepreneurship education of college students and its characteristics, starting from the connotation of entrepreneurship education, gradually to the content and main characteristics of entrepreneurship education for college students. The third part mainly discusses the necessity and relationship of the combination of ideological and political education and entrepreneurship education, that is, the similarities and differences between them. The fourth part analyzes the problems and causes of entrepreneurship education of college students in China from the perspective of ideological and political education. The lack of entrepreneurial knowledge among our ideological and political education teachers, the lack of attention to entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, the lack of communication between entrepreneurship education and ideological and political education, the disconnection between entrepreneurship theory education and students' practice, etc. The current ideological and political education lacks the content of entrepreneurship education, which ultimately affects the training efficiency of college students' entrepreneurs. The fifth part, from the state, school, family and personal four levels, thinking of ideological and political education in the perspective of college students entrepreneurship education path, on how to further the combination of entrepreneurship education and ideological and political education put forward thinking and suggestions.
