公益创业竞赛对职业成熟度的干预研究——基于社会认知职业理论的视角

【摘要】：在社会认知职业理论的基础上,通过前后测的准实验设计,对广东省42所高校的大学生展开大规模的基线调查,分析了公益创业竞赛对大学生职业成熟度的干预效应及其在个体特征方面的差异。研究结果表明:广东大学生职业成熟度在基准值以下,公益创业竞赛对大学生职业成熟度的干预效应显著,增幅达33.66%;竞赛干预对不同性别、学业和家庭资本的大学生职业成熟度均存在显著的正向影响;参与公益创业竞赛有助于消除大学生在教育层次、学科类别和生源地上的差异。据此提出要充分发挥公益创业竞赛在生涯与技术教育中的重要作用,高等教育要特别关注运用实践学习等手段提升高层次人才的职业发展水平,在公益创业竞赛的实施过程中考虑差异性等建议。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the theory of social cognition and occupation, a large-scale baseline investigation was carried out on 42 college students in Guangdong Province through the quasi-experimental design before and after the test. This paper analyzes the intervention effect of public interest entrepreneurship competition on college students' career maturity and their differences in individual characteristics. The results show that the career maturity of college students in Guangdong is below the benchmark value, and the intervention effect of public interest entrepreneurship competition on college students' career maturity is significant, with an increase of 33.66. There is a significant positive impact on career maturity of college students in both academic and family capital, and participation in public service entrepreneurship competition helps to eliminate differences in education levels, subject categories and student origins. According to this, we should give full play to the important role of public interest entrepreneurship competition in career and technical education, and pay special attention to the use of practical learning and other means to improve the level of professional development of high-level talents. Consideration of differences in the implementation of the public interest entrepreneurship competition and other suggestions.
