地方应用型本科高校的内创业教育研究

【摘要】：内创业是指在已有的企业组织内部,为了获得创新性的成果,从而获得组织授权和资源支持的创业活动。本文在阐述内创业内涵与内创业者特质,以及地方应用型本科高校培养内创业者意义的基础上,提出地方应用型本科高校实施内创业教育必须树立创业与就业兼容的内创业教育理念,融合创业教育与专业教育,分层次推进内创业教育课程建设,创建内源性支持的师资队伍等路径选择。
[Abstract]:Entrepreneurship is a kind of entrepreneurial activity in order to obtain innovative results and thus obtain organizational authorization and resource support. On the basis of expounding the connotation of internal entrepreneurship and the characteristics of internal entrepreneurs, as well as the significance of cultivating internal entrepreneurs in local applied undergraduate colleges and universities, It is pointed out that it is necessary for local applied undergraduate universities to set up the concept of entrepreneurship education compatible with employment, to integrate entrepreneurship education with professional education, and to promote the curriculum construction of entrepreneurship education in different levels. Create endogenous support for the team of teachers and other paths.
