从国家首批重点研发计划看高校的科研隐忧与发展策略

【摘要】：从首批重点研发计划项目的承担单位、项目数量、研究领域和获批经费等方面对高校和科研院所、企业进行了比较分析,研究发现高校在获批项目数量、基础研究领域等方面有一定的优势,但还有很多落后的地方。基于此,高校必须在未来的发展中增强合作寻突破,加大力量补短板。
[Abstract]:Through comparative analysis of the undertaking units, the number of projects, the research fields and the approved funds of the first batch of key R & D projects, this paper makes a comparative analysis of universities and scientific research institutes and enterprises, and finds out that the number of projects approved by colleges and universities is in the number of approved projects. There are some advantages in the field of basic research, but there are still many backward places. Based on this, colleges and universities must strengthen cooperation and seek breakthrough in the future development.
