国外大学本科荣誉学位发展、现状及借鉴

【摘要】：本文首先介绍并比较了英国、澳大利亚、美国等有代表性国家高等教育的荣誉学位制度实施方案。比较研究发现,荣誉学位制度往往是基于不同国家的国情及高等教育的发展情况,用于鼓励和实施优秀人才培养的有效路径。高校也会结合自身的人才培养定位,确定各具特色的荣誉学位制度。其次总结了我国已有的荣誉学位制度,分析并提出建立适合我国国情的、适合国内高校发展的荣誉学位制度,对于推动我国本科教育水平具有积极的作用。
[Abstract]:This paper first introduces and compares the implementation schemes of the honorary degree system in the representative countries, such as Britain, Australia and the United States. The comparative study shows that the honorary degree system is often based on the national conditions of different countries and the development of higher education, and is used to encourage and implement the effective path of training outstanding talents. Colleges and universities will also combine their own talent training positioning, determine the various characteristics of the honorary degree system. Secondly, it summarizes the existing honorary degree system in China, analyzes and puts forward the establishment of an honorary degree system suitable for the national conditions and the development of domestic colleges and universities, which plays an active role in promoting the level of undergraduate education in our country.
