共青团组织在高校大学生思想引领中存在的问题与对策研究

【摘要】：高校党团组织作为青年思想教育引领的基层组织,在我国高等教育发展进程中已经形成了较为成熟的教育思维与方法,确立了以人才培养为中心的技能教育,以思想教育和社会实践引领的素质教育策略,培育了一批批社会主义事业的合格人才。但随着整个世界格局的新变化;民族保护主义抬头、逆全球化的涌动、信息碎片化的到来、颜色革命的爆发、互联网思维的产生、体验经济的冲击等,使现代年轻人更加无所适从和迷茫,一些人更是崇尚“娱乐至死、金钱至上”的西方堕落的思想。这些现象表明,高校共青团的工作环境更为复杂、更为严俊,我们面对的不仅是大学生自身的成长,社会对人才需求,更要面对马克思主义理想信念的坚定者,培养健全人格的社会主义工作者。因此,高校共青团工作要与时俱进、开拓思维,针对当代大学生的思想变化和行为特点,结合我国社会发展实际和国际社会变化趋势,把握大学生思想演变基本规律,找出当前社会大变革中大学生信仰波动原因,因地制宜的创新高校思想政治教育的新方法,这样才能更好的为国家培养合格人才,更好的为社会主义事业服务。
[Abstract]:As a grass-roots organization led by youth ideological education, the Party and League organizations in colleges and universities have formed more mature educational thinking and methods in the course of the development of higher education in our country, and have established the skill education centered on the cultivation of talents. The strategy of quality education, guided by ideological education and social practice, has cultivated a number of qualified talents for socialist cause. But with the new changes in the whole world pattern, the rise of national protectionism, the surge of counter-globalization, the arrival of fragmentation of information, the outbreak of the color revolution, the emergence of Internet thinking, the impact of the experience economy, etc. Make modern young people more confused and confused, some advocate "entertainment to death, money supreme" Western decadent thought. These phenomena show that the work environment of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities is more complex and more handsome. What we face is not only the growth of college students themselves, the social demand for talents, but also the steadfastness of Marxist ideals and beliefs. A socialist worker with a sound personality. Therefore, the work of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities should keep pace with the times, open up thinking, and grasp the basic law of the ideological evolution of college students in view of the ideological changes and behavioral characteristics of contemporary college students, combined with the reality of social development in our country and the changing trend of international society. To find out the reason of the fluctuation of college students' belief in the great social transformation and to innovate the new method of ideological and political education in colleges and universities according to local conditions, in order to train qualified talents for the country and serve the cause of socialism better.
