高校科技创新团队基于冲突机理的管理研究

【摘要】:随着社会的进步,国家的创新发展已经成为促进本国的经济发展、提高国际竞争力的重要趋势,我国领导人多次强调要把我国建设成为创新型的国家。高校,在我国科学技术发展中,占据着举足轻重的作用,是国家科学技术发展以及科技创新的主心骨,国家大多数的科研成果都是由高校完成的,由此可见,高校在国家的整个创新体系中十分重要,是实现科教兴国战略和人才强国战略的重要组织机构。高校已经成为了我国科研方面的主力军,高校的科研主要是由高校科技团队完成的,高校的科技团队在高校的科技发展,乃至我国的科技发展中都起着十分重要的作用,构建具有创新型的高校科技创新团队是我国科技发展战略中的一个必要的途径。本文研究高校科技创新团队在冲突机理方面的管理研究,主要通过对高校科技创新团队中的冲突进行分析,从而帮助高校科技创新团队认识到团队中所存在的本质问题和团队运行的要求,为整个高校团队的冲突管理打下良好的基础。本研究基于高校科技创新团队、冲突机理和冲突博弈论的研究,分析高校科技创新团队冲突现状,进而从两人对称的博弈模型和两人非对称的博弈模型等方面,针对高校科技创新团队基于冲突机理进行管理分析。同时,本研究以H高校科技创新团队为案例,结合实际分析团队的现状、其团队冲突形成的原因和类型。由此对H高校科技创新团队的任务冲突和关系冲突,进行博弈分析;从团队文化、目标管理、沟通方式以及绩效评价等方面对H高校科技创新团队提出相关的管理建议。总之,高校科技创新团队要发挥自身的自我调节和管理者的引导作用,有效的促进高校科技创新团队的正常发展。
[Abstract]:With the progress of the society, the innovation and development of the country has become an important trend to promote the national economic development and improve the international competitiveness. The leaders of our country have repeatedly stressed the need to build our country into an innovative country. Colleges and universities, which play an important role in the development of science and technology in our country, are the backbone of the development of science and technology and the innovation of science and technology. Colleges and universities are very important in the whole innovation system of our country, and they are the important organization to realize the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and the strategy of strengthening the country by talents. Colleges and universities have become the main force of scientific research in our country. The scientific research of colleges and universities is mainly accomplished by the scientific and technological teams of colleges and universities. The scientific and technological teams of colleges and universities play a very important role in the development of science and technology in colleges and universities, and even in the development of science and technology in our country. Constructing innovative scientific and technological innovation team in colleges and universities is a necessary way in our country's science and technology development strategy. This paper studies the management of the conflict mechanism of the scientific and technological innovation team in colleges and universities, mainly through the analysis of the conflict in the scientific and technological innovation team in colleges and universities. Thus, it helps the scientific and technological innovation team to realize the essential problems in the team and the requirements of the team operation, and lay a good foundation for the conflict management of the whole university team. Based on the research of the scientific and technological innovation team, the conflict mechanism and the conflict game theory, this study analyzes the current situation of the conflict of the scientific and technological innovation team in colleges and universities, and then analyzes the game model of the symmetry of two people and the asymmetric game model of two people. This paper analyzes the management of scientific and technological innovation teams in colleges and universities based on conflict mechanism. At the same time, this study takes H university scientific and technological innovation team as a case, analyzes the current situation of the team, and analyzes the causes and types of the team conflict. This paper makes a game analysis on task conflict and relationship conflict of H university scientific and technological innovation team, and puts forward relevant management suggestions from team culture, goal management, communication mode and performance evaluation. In a word, the scientific and technological innovation teams in colleges and universities should exert their own self-regulation and the leading role of the managers, and effectively promote the normal development of the scientific and technological innovation teams in colleges and universities.
