[Abstract]:A comprehensive and systematic observation of teacher performance is carried out to determine the value of teacher behavior to academic institutions. Give tenure teachers great freedom to engage in secure and unfettered teaching and research. Anonymous peer review and international peer evaluation are widely used to ensure the scientific fairness of academic evaluation. In the framework of evaluation model, American colleges and universities generally build their own characteristics of teacher performance evaluation system.
