现代大学中“人格之治”的特殊意蕴

【摘要】:现代大学治理日趋重视"人"的主体地位,强调治理者具备高尚人格发展水平,注重治理方式符合人格发展规律,关注治理所涉及主体的人格都能得到健康发展。本文根据"人格之治"的内涵和外延,以"人格之治"的古今中外存在状态、发展脉络作为切入点,探讨了"人格之治"和"人治"的联系和区别,分析了"人格之治"对于大学办学和人才培养的特殊作用。这就是:"人格之治"能促使政府的教育行政从"过度"向"有限"转变,要求校长实现从"官本位"到"教育本位"的角色转换,明确教师的行政追求与学术追求的界限,敦促学生主动参与治理并以此促进其人格健康发展。依据这一特殊性,现代大学可以从"人格之治"的原理出发,改进治理方式,明确治理目的,优化治理途径,建设启迪人性的大学共同体。
[Abstract]:Modern university governance pays more and more attention to the subject status of "human", emphasizes that the governer has the high level of personality development, pays attention to the way of governance accords with the law of personality development, and pays close attention to the healthy development of the personality of the subject involved in governance. According to the connotation and extension of "the Rule of Personality", the paper discusses the connection and difference between "the Rule of Personality" and "Rule of Man" by taking the existing state of "Rule of Personality" and the developing context as the starting point. This paper analyzes the special function of "the governance of personality" for the running of universities and the cultivation of talents. This is: "the governance of personality" can make the educational administration of the government change from "excessive" to "limited", require the principal to realize the transformation from "official standard" to "education standard", and clarify the boundary between the administrative pursuit and academic pursuit of teachers. Urge students to actively participate in governance and thus promote their healthy development of personality. According to this particularity, modern universities can improve the way of governance, make clear the purpose of governance, optimize the ways of governance, and construct the university community which enlightens human nature from the principle of "governance of personality".
