以科技创业为导向的高校创客培养模式研究

【摘要】:随着创客运动风靡全球以及响应李克强总理提出的“大众创业,万众创新”口号,培养创客人才成为了教育工作的重点内容。高校作为培养创新型人才的主要教育机构,担负着培养创客的重要任务,但是由于缺乏理论基础和实际培养经验,使得各地高校开设的创客空间成了无人问津之地,培养创客人才也变成了空谈。因此本文以科技创业为导向,在对相关理论梳理及具体案例分析上构建了高校创客培养模式,将培养创客人才与科技创业相结合,探索培养创新创业人才的新模式。本文在理论层面梳理阐述了创客的起源及发展,对国内外成功案例进行对比分析;对相关理论基础进行了分析,以此界定了创客、创客空间的概念内涵,并指出创客与创业者为互相包含关系,创客包含创业者,而创业者是创客的最终形态。利用案例分析法,从创客空间布局情况、创新项目运行流程、培养主体和指导教师及资金政策支持四个方面对天津某高校培养创客的具体情况进行详细调查分析,探索这四个方面之间的相互关系总结出了该校创客培养模式的整体结构为高校创客培养模式的构建提供实践基础。结合理论及案例分析,分别对指导理论、培养目标、培养过程、培养评价及实践条件这五个培养模式要素进行深度分析,探讨它们之间的内在联系,构建了以科技创业为导向的高校创客培养模式。在最后对具体案例中参与科技创新项目的指导教师及学生进行了访谈与满意度调查,进一步验证了以科技创业为导向的高校创客培养模式在提升创客创新能力以及促进创业发展方面都发挥了积极的效果。
[Abstract]:In response to Premier Li Keqiang's slogan of "Mass Entrepreneurship, Mass Innovation", the cultivation of creative guests has become the key content of education work, along with the popularity of the Traveler Movement around the world and the response to the slogan put forward by Premier Li Keqiang. Colleges and universities, as the main educational institutions for cultivating innovative talents, shoulder the important task of cultivating creators. However, due to the lack of theoretical basis and practical training experience, the space of creating guests opened in various colleges and universities has become a place where no one is interested. Cultivating creative guests is also empty talk. Therefore, this paper takes the scientific and technological entrepreneurship as the guidance, in the related theory combs and the concrete case analysis constructs the university to create the guest to train the pattern, will train the guest talented person and the science and technology enterprise unifies, explores the new pattern which trains the innovation enterprise talented person. In this paper, the origin and development of creators are discussed in theory, the successful cases at home and abroad are compared and analyzed, and the related theoretical basis is analyzed to define the concept connotation of the creation and the space of creation. The author also points out that entrepreneurs and creators include each other, and entrepreneurs are the ultimate form of creators. By using the case analysis method, this paper makes a detailed investigation and analysis on the specific situation of cultivating the creators in a university in Tianjin from four aspects: the space layout of the creators, the running process of the innovative projects, the training of the main body and the guiding teachers and the financial policy support. By exploring the relationship between these four aspects, the author concludes that the overall structure of the model provides a practical basis for the construction of the model. Combined with theory and case analysis, this paper makes a deep analysis of the five elements of training mode, including guiding theory, training goal, training process, training evaluation and practical conditions, and probes into the internal relations between them. This paper constructs the mode of cultivating university creators oriented by science and technology entrepreneurship. At the end of the paper, the teachers and students involved in the scientific and technological innovation project were interviewed and the satisfaction degree was investigated. It further verifies that the innovative cultivation mode based on science and technology entrepreneurship has played a positive role in promoting the innovation ability and promoting the development of entrepreneurship in colleges and universities.
