基于SWOT分析的高校思想政治教育文化环境及其优化对策

【摘要】：经济全球化加剧了国家与国家之间的经济竞争,经济竞争离不开文化的支撑。西方发达资本主义国家利用在经济和科学技术上的主导优势,对社会主义国家进行文化侵略,向社会主义国家的人民灌输西方资本主义的思想、信念和文化,从而达到影响人们意识形态的目的。随着世情和国情的不断变化,我国要提高文化警惕,重视文化的交流,加强文化环境的优化,建设具有中国特色的社会主义文化环境,走在世界文化强国的前列。而高校作为文化的“高产地”,是现今我国思想和文化碰撞的前沿地带,高校的思想政治教育文化环境就显得尤为重要,高校思想政治教育文化环境也要随着经济和政治的发展而不断变化。在研究高校思想政治教育文化环境过程中,我们要正视这个环境的内部问题以及这个环境所面临的外部形势,结合管理学知识中的SWOT分析方法,加深对高校思想政治教育文化环境的研究,分析出高校思想政治教育文化环境的优化对策,从而进一步提高高校思想政治教育的实效性。本文从以下四个部分展开研究:第一部分,介绍选题的研究意义、国内外的研究现状、高校思想政治教育文化环境与SWOT分析方法的内涵;第二部分,基于SWOT分析方法,分析高校思想政治教育文化环境的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁;第三部分,从物质文化环境、精神文化环境、网络文化环境三个维度提出高校思想政治教育文化环境的优化对策;第四部分,从提高高校人才培养质量、提升高校思想政治教育的实效性以及加强高校和谐校园建设这三方面阐述高校思想政治教育文化环境优化的重要意义。
[Abstract]:Economic globalization intensifies the economic competition between countries, and economic competition can not be separated from the support of culture. Western developed capitalist countries have used their dominant economic, scientific and technological advantages to carry out cultural aggression against socialist countries and instil in the people of socialist countries the ideas, beliefs and culture of Western capitalism. In order to achieve the purpose of influencing people's ideology. With the constant changes of the world and the national conditions, our country should raise the cultural vigilance, attach importance to the cultural exchange, strengthen the optimization of the cultural environment, build the socialist cultural environment with Chinese characteristics, and walk in the forefront of the world's cultural power. As the "high producing area" of culture, colleges and universities are the frontier of the collision of ideology and culture in our country, so the ideological and political education and cultural environment of colleges and universities is particularly important. The cultural environment of ideological and political education in colleges and universities should change with the development of economy and politics. In the process of studying the cultural environment of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, we should face up to the internal problems of this environment and the external situation that this environment faces, and combine the SWOT analysis method in the knowledge of management. To deepen the research on the cultural environment of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and to analyze the countermeasures of optimizing the cultural environment of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, so as to further improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. This article starts the research from the following four parts: the first part, introduces the research significance of the topic, the domestic and foreign research present situation, the university ideological and political education cultural environment and the SWOT analysis method connotation, the second part, based on the SWOT analysis method, This paper analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the cultural environment of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, the third part, puts forward the optimization countermeasures of the cultural environment of ideological and political education in colleges and universities from the three dimensions of material culture environment, spiritual culture environment and network culture environment. The fourth part expounds the significance of optimizing the cultural environment of ideological and political education in colleges and universities from three aspects: improving the quality of talents training, improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and strengthening the construction of harmonious campus in colleges and universities.
