简论高校辅导员从“经验型”到“专家型”的转变

【摘要】：伴随《高等学校辅导员职业能力标准(暂行)》的出台,中国高校辅导员队伍建设进入了一个新的发展阶段。文章将依据该《标准》中对高校辅导员职业功能的九大分类及职业能力的三级要求,结合高校辅导员队伍工作实际,分析现状展望未来,进一步研究高校辅导员的角色定位,以促进高校辅导员由"经验型"到"专家型"的转变。
[Abstract]:With the introduction of the Standard of College counselors' Professional competence (provisional), the construction of college counselors in China has entered a new stage of development. According to the nine major classification of college counselors' professional function and the three level requirements of professional ability in the "Standard", combined with the actual work of college counselors' team, the article will analyze the present situation and look forward to the future, and further study the role orientation of college counselors. In order to promote the transformation of college counselors from "experience type" to "expert type".
