【摘要】：在当今转型快速发展的时代,人与人的交流交往更加频繁,不友善现象时有发生。友善是人际关系的润滑剂,友善也是建立社会公共秩序的调和剂。友善作为一种公民道德得到了社会的广泛重视。新疆大学生学习和日常生活以及交流交往方面受多元思想文化的影响,部分大学生友善价值观的培育和践行未达到知行统一。本论文研究是大学生健康成长成才的需要,是加强民族团结与构建和谐校园的需要,社会公德建设的需要以及新疆社会稳定和长治久安的需要。论文主要包括四部分内容。第一部分:引言主要介绍本论文选题依据和选题意义,并在对与新疆大学生友善价值观培育相关的国内外研究成果进行梳理的基础上,进一步提出了本论文的研究思路和研究方法。第二部分:探究新疆大学生友善价值观的基础理论。论述了友善的内涵,对中国传统友善观进行了追溯,并从社会主义友善价值观的内涵、具体表现、本质特征三个层面对友善价值观进行了界定,在简述友善价值观的含义基础上论述了新疆大学生培育友善价值观的重要性。第三部分:介绍新疆大学生友善价值观培育现状、存在问题及原因分析。通过对新疆大学生友善价值观现状进行问卷调查和访谈,并对调查数据和访谈内容加以整理、分析、归纳、总结得出其现状。虽然,从总体上来看新疆大学生友善价值观主流呈现出积极向上的特征。但是,实际调研也反映出一些问题,例如:友善价值观课堂培育实效性不高、校园爱心援助活动规模小、社会公益活动显于形式化、大学生自身友善意识薄弱。进而分析其存在问题的原因有高校、家庭、社会及个人等因素:高校培育机制不健全;家庭友善教育缺失及方式不当;外部环境比较严峻;自我教育尚不到位四个层面进行了深入的、有针对性的论述。第四部分:探析新疆大学生友善价值观培育的路径。根据新疆大学生友善价值观的相关理论,结合新疆大学生友善价值观的现状分析,最终从建立健全新疆高校培育机制,发挥高校的主导作用;转变观念,重视家庭的教育作用;加强宣传,发挥社会的辅助作用;引导大学生加强自律性,努力提升个人道德水平这五方面提出了新疆大学生友善价值观培育应选择的具体路径。
[Abstract]:In the era of rapid development, people communicate more frequently with people, and unfriendly phenomena occur. Friendliness is a lubricant for interpersonal relations and friendliness is a mediant of social public order. Friendly as a kind of citizen morality has received extensive attention from society. Xinjiang college students study and daily life and exchange. The research is the need for the healthy growth of college students, the needs of strengthening national unity and building a harmonious campus, the needs of social morality construction and the needs of social stability and long-term stability in Xinjiang. It mainly includes four parts. The first part: introduction mainly introduces the basis and significance of this paper, and on the basis of combing the domestic and foreign research results related to the friendly values of Xinjiang college students, further puts forward the research ideas and research methods of this paper. The second part: To explore the friendliness of college students in Xinjiang The basic theory of value is discussed. The connotation of friendship is discussed, and the Chinese traditional friendly view is traced, and the friendly values are defined from the three layers of the connotation, specific performance and essential characteristics of socialist friendly values. On the basis of a brief description of the meaning of friendly values, the importance of cultivating friendly values of Xinjiang college students is discussed. The third part: the third part: introducing the present situation of cultivating the friendly values of college students, the existing problems and the analysis of the reasons. Through a questionnaire survey and interview on the status quo of the friendly values of Xinjiang college students, the survey data and the interview content are arranged, analyzed, summed up, and summed up the status quo. Although, in general, Xinjiang college students are friendly. The mainstream of values shows a positive feature. However, the actual survey also reflects some problems, such as the low effectiveness of the friendly values in classroom cultivation, the small scale of the campus love assistance activities, the formalization of social public welfare activities and the weak awareness of their own friendliness. And individual factors: the mechanism of College cultivation is not sound; the lack of family friendly education and improper ways; the external environment is more severe; the four levels of self-education are not yet in place. The fourth part: exploring the way of cultivating the friendly values of Xinjiang college students. According to the friendly values of college students in Xinjiang On the basis of the analysis of the current situation of the friendly values of Xinjiang college students, the five aspects of the five aspects: establishing and improving the cultivation mechanism of Xinjiang colleges and universities, giving full play to the leading role of colleges and universities, changing ideas, attaching importance to the educational role of the family, strengthening the propaganda and giving play to the auxiliary role of the society, guiding college students to strengthen self-discipline and improving their personal moral level. The specific path should be chosen for the cultivation of Xinjiang college students' friendly values.
