主体间性导向下的高校学生管理改革研究

【摘要】：由于我国近代高校发展时间相对较短,而对学生管理的认识跨度却很大,造成许多地方出现"过程发展迅速,效果不尽如人意"的情况。高校学生管理主体间性要求作为整体的高校尽力保证学生的个体主体性得到发挥,在此基础上加以适当的限制和约束,才能使整体利益最大化。要求高校的学生管理部门要转变思想,变过去单纯的"管理学生"为"服务学生",在对现实进行了解的基础上,通过深入的理论研究,提出符合当前高校实际情况并具有建议性的研究成果。
[Abstract]:Because of the relatively short development time of modern colleges and universities in our country, but the understanding span of student management is very large, the situation that "the process develops rapidly and the effect is not satisfactory" appears in many places. As a whole, colleges and universities should try their best to ensure the students' individual subjectivity is brought into play, and on the basis of this, appropriate restrictions and constraints can be imposed to maximize the overall interests. Students' management departments in colleges and universities are required to change their thinking from "managing students" to "serving students" in the past. On the basis of understanding the reality and through in-depth theoretical research, The research results which accord with the actual situation of colleges and universities and have suggestions are put forward.
