以南昌市8所高校为例对在校大学生的“考证热”与毕业生的“冷思考”研究分析

【摘要】:在整个社会大环境下,大学毕业生面临一个复杂的劳动力供求背景和激烈的就业竞争环境。在这样的压力下,大学生为了提高自己的竞争力,找到满意的工作,纷纷转战考证战场,力图通过考证来增加找工作时的砝码和自信。那么,考证的作用到底如何,如何去理性应对各类考证,使大学生在考证中真正受益。基于此,本文以在校生和毕业生为对象进行调研,同时结合部分访谈,力求能给正在考证或准备考证的大学生提供有用而实际的建议。本文分别针对在校大学生和毕业生设计调查问卷,运用Excel和SPSS软件进行数据处理,在方法上选用描述统计、访谈分析、聚类分析、因子分析和决策树等展开研究。首先,对在校大学生“考证热”的行为动机、考证的选择与取舍、对待考证的态度和对证书的心理预期、挖掘大学生考证的内在原因以及对毕业生在关于在校生“考证热”现象上的看法、证书与专业是否应该相关和证书对工作重要性等一系列问题进行研究。然后进行对比分析,发现在校生和毕业生对考证在多方面存在显著差异,说明毕业生能给在校生提供更切实际的方法和建议。其次,基于绝大多数学生为了就业而选择考证的社会事实,为了更加全面地分析大学生群体的考证行为,针对于证书与就业关系,企业看待证书的分量等问题。具体调查内容包括一方面从大学生对证书价值的理解,证书对就业作用。另一方面从毕业生的角度分析证书对就业机会的影响,证书与工作的关系。本文将这两个主体的认识状况进行比较分析后发现:大学生对考证收益的预期较高,以至于考证目标与考证行为之间存在相互背离的状况。最后,本文通过调查分析发现在校生确实存在“考证热”现象,而且不少学生的考证行为存在所考证书与专业关系不大,缺乏合理规划、考证原因不明确,考证功利性强等问题。因此结合毕业生的“冷思考”,针对不同相关主体,主要是从大学生、高校、政府、企业提出相关建议,期盼能有效改善在校生在考证问题上不合理的现状,让高校有更高效益产出,社会更高效率的进步。
[Abstract]:In the overall social environment, college graduates face a complex labor supply and demand background and fierce employment competition environment. Under such pressure, in order to improve their competitiveness and find a satisfactory job, college students have turned to the battlefield of textual research, trying to increase the weight and self-confidence of finding a job through textual research. So, what is the function of textual research, how to rationally deal with all kinds of textual research, so that college students really benefit from textual research. Based on this, this paper takes the college students and graduates as the object of investigation, combined with some interviews, and tries to provide useful and practical advice to the college students who are studying or preparing for the examination. In this paper, we use Excel and SPSS software to deal with the data of college students and graduates, and choose description statistics, interview analysis, cluster analysis, factor analysis and decision tree. First of all, the behavior motivation, the choice and choice of textual research, the attitude towards textual research and the psychological expectation of certificate of college students. This paper explores the internal reasons of the textual research of college students and studies a series of problems such as the opinions of the graduates on the phenomenon of "textual research fever", whether the certificate should be related to the major and the importance of the certificate to the work. Then it is found that there are significant differences between the college students and the graduates in many aspects, which shows that the graduates can provide more practical methods and suggestions to the students. Secondly, based on the social facts that the vast majority of students choose to verify for employment, in order to analyze the textual research behavior of college students more comprehensively, aiming at the relationship between certificate and employment, enterprises look at the weight of certificate and so on. The specific contents of the investigation include, on the one hand, the understanding of the value of the certificate and the role of the certificate in employment. On the other hand, from the perspective of graduates, the impact of certificate on employment opportunities, the relationship between certificate and work. This paper makes a comparative analysis of the cognitive status of the two subjects and finds that college students have a higher expectation of the income of textual research, so that there is a state of deviation between the objective of textual research and the behavior of textual research. Finally, through the investigation and analysis, it is found that the phenomenon of "textual research fever" does exist among the students, and that many students' examination behavior has little relationship with their major, lacks reasonable planning, and the reasons for textual research are not clear. Textual research and other issues such as strong utilitarian. Therefore, combined with the "cold thinking" of the graduates, aiming at different relevant subjects, mainly from college students, universities, governments and enterprises, put forward relevant suggestions, hoping to effectively improve the unreasonable status quo of the students' textual research. So that colleges and universities have more efficient output, the progress of higher efficiency of society.
