【摘要】:全球化的进程冲破了国界和区域的束缚,在促进经济发展,推动高等教育变革等方面发挥着重要的作用,同时,也对世界各国的高等教育提出了更高的要求。浙江是经济大省,历史悠久,人文底蕴丰厚,地处东南沿海,海、陆、空交通都十分便利,开展对外交流合作的机会得天独厚。浙江省高校中外合作办学在办学数量和发展规模上都在全国名列前茅,对此展开研究必将对推动我省高等教育国际化进程意义深远,也对浙江省高教改革和发展提供思路和参考。就目前的合作办学现状来看,浙江高校中外合作办学在生源质量、专业设置、教学效果、项目管理等方面并不成熟。本文从合作办学的外部环境、教学管理、学生管理、人力资源管理以及跨文化管理等方面着手,运用高等教育、跨境教育、教育国际化等相关理论知识,为本文的研究奠定理论基础,并综合运用文献研究、比较研究和案例分析等方法,围绕浙江省高校中外合作办学的发展现状及改进建议展开研究。最后,本文立足于浙江中外合作办学实际,在比较借鉴发达国家跨境教育实践与经验的基础上,提出了相应的对策建议。要加大宣传力度,强化引领作用;要创新办学思路,引进优质资源;要加强关键环节管理,提高办学质量;要构建保障体系,促进可持续发展。
[Abstract]:The process of globalization has broken through the shackles of national boundaries and regions, and has played an important role in promoting economic development and promoting the reform of higher education. At the same time, it has also put forward higher requirements for higher education in various countries of the world. Zhejiang is a big economic province with a long history and rich cultural background. It is located in the southeast coast, land and air transportation is very convenient, the opportunity to carry out foreign exchanges and cooperation is unique. The Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools in Zhejiang Province is one of the highest in the country in terms of the number and development scale of running schools. The study on this will certainly have a far-reaching significance in promoting the internationalization process of higher education in our province. It also provides ideas and references for the reform and development of higher education in Zhejiang Province. In view of the present situation of cooperative education, the quality of students, specialty setting, teaching effect and project management are not mature. This paper starts with the external environment, teaching management, student management, human resource management and cross-cultural management, and applies the relevant theoretical knowledge such as higher education, cross-border education, education internationalization, etc. This paper lays a theoretical foundation for the study of this paper, and makes use of the methods of literature research, comparative study and case analysis to study the present situation of the development of Sino-foreign cooperative schools of higher learning in Zhejiang Province and the suggestions for improvement. Finally, based on the practice of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools in Zhejiang Province, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on the basis of comparing the cross-boundary educational practices and experiences of developed countries. It is necessary to strengthen propaganda and strengthen the leading role; to innovate the thinking of running a school and to introduce high-quality resources; to strengthen the management of key links to improve the quality of running a school; to build a guarantee system to promote sustainable development.
