关于大学生创业意向发展阶段的探析

【摘要】：创业是一个国家经济能够长期发展的推动力,它为很多人提供了追求经济成功和体现社会价值的平等就业机会,成为他们进入社会经济主体的基本途径之一。而创业意向是创业行为的最好预测指标,是了解创业行为的中心点,因此,创业意向是创业行为研究的最佳切入点。因此,本文在依托计划行为理论和马克思关于人的发展理论的基础上,通过访谈30个已实现创业行为的大学生,来探究大学生的创业意向的影响因素、发展阶段及其特点,从而在创业教育中更好地有的放矢地指导大学生创业。通过访谈与研究发现:大学生创业意向的发展分为感知阶段、互立阶段以及排他阶段这三个阶段;大学生创业意向发展具有阶段性、递进性、可干预性和反复性这四个特征;大学生创业意向的影响因素有社会环境、家庭因素、个人特征。
[Abstract]:Entrepreneurship is the driving force for the long-term development of a country's economy. It provides many people with equal employment opportunities to pursue economic success and embody social value, and becomes one of the basic ways for them to enter into the main body of social economy. Entrepreneurial intention is the best predictor of entrepreneurial behavior and the central point to understand entrepreneurial behavior. Therefore entrepreneurial intention is the best entry point for entrepreneurial behavior research. Therefore, based on the theory of planned behavior and Marx's theory of human development, this paper, by interviewing 30 college students who have realized their entrepreneurial behavior, explores the influencing factors, development stages and characteristics of college students' entrepreneurial intention. In order to better guide college students in entrepreneurship education. Through interviews and studies, it is found that the development of college students' entrepreneurial intention can be divided into three stages: perceptual stage, mutual setting stage and exclusive stage, and the development of college students' entrepreneurial intention has four characteristics: stage, progressive, interventionability and repetition. The influencing factors of college students' entrepreneurial intention are social environment, family factors and personal characteristics.
