利益相关者视域下高校办学评价体系建设的协调机制研究

【摘要】：高校办学评价体系是指导和规范高校办学活动的关键性因素,直接影响高校办学的水平、质量及发展方向。从利益相关者视角分析高校办学评价体系建设,对协调高等学校办学评价体系建设中的各方矛盾,实现高等学校办学评价体系的全面性及体系建设的真实性,意义重大。高校办学行为涉及政府、高校、社会组织、教师及学生的切身利益,构建评价体系的协调机制包括确定评价主体的协调机制、制定评价标准的协调机制、实施评价活动的协调机制和进行再评价活动的协调机制等四个方面。
[Abstract]:The evaluation system of running a university is the key factor to guide and standardize the activities of running a university, which directly affects the level, quality and development direction of running a university. It is of great significance to analyze the construction of the evaluation system from the perspective of stakeholders to coordinate the contradictions in the construction of the evaluation system and to realize the comprehensiveness of the evaluation system and the authenticity of the system construction. The behavior of running a school in colleges and universities involves the vital interests of the government, universities, social organizations, teachers and students. The coordination mechanism of the evaluation system consists of determining the coordination mechanism of the evaluation subject and formulating the coordination mechanism of the evaluation standard. The coordination mechanism of implementing evaluation activities and the coordination mechanism of re-evaluation activities are four aspects.
