美国高校“办公室时间”的制度演进与借鉴

【摘要】:作为加强师生互动的重要形式,美国高校普遍采用办公室时间。实践中,学生参与比例偏低,教师也经常缺席办公室时间,办公室时间的运行并不理想。伴随互联网技术的成熟,虚拟办公室时间出现,但因与学生追求自由的行为模式冲突,亦未有效展开。我国应结合既有制度,合理吸收借鉴美国高校的办公室时间,形成我国的自成体系、功能协调的师生互动体系。
[Abstract]:As an important form of strengthening teacher-student interaction, American colleges and universities generally use office time. In practice, the proportion of student participation is low, teachers often absent office time, office time is not ideal. With the maturity of Internet technology, virtual office time appears, but because of the conflict with students' behavior mode of pursuing freedom, it has not been carried out effectively. Our country should combine the existing system, reasonably absorb and draw lessons from the office time of American colleges and universities, and form our own system of teacher-student interaction with coordinated function.
