思想政治教育视域下当代大学生精神家园建构研究

【摘要】:精神家园是由文化体验和生命感悟、思维和认知模式以及价值观这些层层包含,互相联系的要素共同组成的精神文化系统。对个体来说是维系生存的精神支柱和精神归宿,是社会发展的精神动力。我国已经成为第二大经济体,与国外的交流和合作不断加深,与此同时,互联网迅速崛起,使信息和资本加速流动,再加上市场经济飞速发展,在这样的大背景下,物质需要和精神需要,传统和现代,利益和道德等诸多矛盾凸显出来,造成部分大学生精神物化、信仰的缺失、心理亚健康等问题,严重者还会造成道德行为失范的现象,大学生坚守和建构精神家园就显得特别重要和紧迫。本文针对大学生思想特点,针对大学生精神生活中出现的问题,以人文关怀为基础,在思想政治教育视域下,剖析大学生精神生活中存在的问题,实现对大学生精神家园的建构。本文第一部分主要对大学生精神家园的相关理论进行阐释。首先,阐述家园与精神家园的内涵,在此基础上,分析精神家园的构成要素及其关系,然后针对大学生群体的特殊性,重点阐述大学生精神家园的内涵、特征,并对大学生精神家园的基本功能和意义进行揭示。第二部分主要是对大学生精神家园与思想政治教育之间的内在联系进行概括和分析。先从内涵、目标、功能、内容等层面揭示两者同一性,着重剖析思想政治教育在大学生精神家园建构中的价值,探求大学生精神家园建构对思想政治教育所起到的促进作用,从而揭示了思想政治教育与大学生精神家园建构的相互联系、相互作用。第三部分主要是对思想政治教育视域下大学生精神家园现状做出分析。本部分依托相关问卷,主要选取大一至大四的在校大学生进行调查。通过调查得出当前大学生精神家园呈现的良好态势以及存在的主要问题,进而探求问题出现的原因,并就这些问题在后续的精神家园探究过程中对症下药。第四部分是本文的重点和特色,是运用思想政治教育促进大学生精神家园建构。首先要更新思想政治教育理念,确立起大学生精神家园建构的主要目标。要坚持方向原则、求实原则、激励原则、主体原则的思想政治教育原则,把握大学生精神家园建构的基本方向;要进一步丰富和完善思想政治教育的马克思主义理论教育、心理健康教育、中华民族优秀传统文化教育、社会主义核心价值观教育内容,从而明确大学生精神家园建构的重点;要运用说理教育法、激励教育法、典型教育法、心理教育法,因势利导,不断拓展大学生精神家园建构途径;要充分发挥国家、家庭、大学生个体的合力作用,优化大学生精神家园建构环境,从而多方面多举措推动大学生精神家园的建构。
[Abstract]:Spiritual homeland is a spiritual and cultural system composed of cultural experience and life perception, thinking and cognitive mode and values. To the individual, it is the spiritual pillar and spiritual end of survival, and the spiritual motive force of social development. China has become the second largest economy, and its exchanges and cooperation with foreign countries are deepening. At the same time, the rapid rise of the Internet has accelerated the flow of information and capital, coupled with the rapid development of the market economy. Material needs and spiritual needs, traditional and modern, interests and morality, and many other contradictions have been highlighted, resulting in the spiritual materialization of some college students, the lack of faith, mental sub-health and other problems. In severe cases, it will also cause the phenomenon that moral behavior is out of order. It is particularly important and urgent for college students to adhere to and construct their spiritual homes. In view of the ideological characteristics of college students and the problems in college students' spiritual life, this paper analyzes the problems existing in college students' spiritual life under the view of ideological and political education, based on humanistic care. To realize the construction of college students' spiritual homeland. The first part of this paper mainly explains the related theories of college students' spiritual homeland. First of all, the connotation of home and spiritual home is expounded, and on this basis, the elements of spiritual home and its relationship are analyzed, and then, in view of the particularity of college students, the connotation and characteristics of the spiritual home of college students are expounded. And the basic functions and significance of the spiritual homeland of college students are revealed. The second part is to summarize and analyze the inner relation between college students' spiritual home and ideological and political education. First of all, it reveals the identity of the two from the aspects of connotation, goal, function and content, analyzes the value of ideological and political education in the construction of college students' spiritual home, and probes into the promoting effect of the construction of college students' spiritual home to ideological and political education. Thus, it reveals the interrelation and interaction between ideological and political education and the construction of college students' spiritual homeland. The third part mainly analyzes the present situation of college students' spiritual homeland in the field of ideological and political education. This part relies on the related questionnaire, mainly selects the freshman-senior university student to carry on the investigation. Through the investigation, the author finds out the good situation and the main problems of the college students' spiritual homeland, and then explores the causes of the problems, and puts forward the right remedy for these problems in the following process of the spiritual homeland exploration. The fourth part is the emphasis and characteristics of this paper, which is to promote the construction of college students' spiritual homeland by ideological and political education. First of all, we should renew the idea of ideological and political education and establish the main goal of constructing the spiritual homeland of college students. We should adhere to the principles of orientation, realism, motivation, subject and ideological and political education, grasp the basic direction of the construction of the spiritual homeland of college students, further enrich and improve the Marxist theoretical education in ideological and political education, Mental health education, excellent traditional culture education of the Chinese nation, and the content of socialist core values education, so as to make clear the key points in the construction of the spiritual homeland of college students. The psychological education law, guided by the circumstances, should constantly expand the ways of constructing the spiritual homes of college students, give full play to the combined role of the state, family and individual students, and optimize the environment for the construction of the spiritual homes of college students. Thus, many measures to promote the construction of the spiritual homeland of college students.
