新疆某高校预科生民族团结教育研究

【摘要】:当前国际、国内形势错综复杂,新疆高校民族团结教育的重要性日益凸显,其教育成效事关新疆的社会稳定和长治久安。预科生是发展少数民族高等教育事业、推动民族地区社会和经济发展的后备力量,因其年龄阶段使其正处于是非观念形成的重要时期,在预科教育阶段开展民族团结教育更应该引起高度重视。根据新疆高校预科生民族团结教育的特质,有针对性地开展民族团结教育,能够为少数民族高等教育人才对民族团结问题的认知奠定良好的基础,是推动民族团结进步、增强中华民族凝聚力的战略性工程。本研究围绕提升新疆高校预科生民族团结教育这一问题进行探索和分析。首先,对新疆高校预科生民族团结教育的相关概念进行梳理,并且对新疆高校预科生民族团结教育的特殊性和重要性进行分析。其次,通过机构调研、问卷调查和座谈访谈的方式了解新疆某高校预科生民族团结教育现状,认真分析当前预科生民族团结教育中存在的问题及产生原因,针对薄弱环节提出相应的思考和对策探究。研究结果希望在理论层面丰富新疆高校民族团结教育研究,在实践层面提升新疆高校预科生民族团结教育效果。本研究主要由以下几部分组成:第一部分:绪论。阐释研究背景、目的、意义、国内外研究综述;研究思路和研究方法;研究创新点和重、难点。第二部分:新疆高校预科生民族团结教育相关内容概述。梳理核心概念;归纳总结新疆高校预科生民族团结教育的特殊性和重要性。为下文的论述展开铺垫。第三部分:以新疆某高校为调查对象,分析新疆高校预科生的民族团结教育现状,梳理出新疆高校预科生民族团结教育中存在的主要问题及成因分析:新疆高校预科生的民族团结教育尚未形成高度统一的教育格局;新疆高校部分民族团结教育管理队伍建设滞后;新疆高校预科生自身的有限性。第四部分:提出提升新疆高校预科生民族团结教育的策略分析:一是严格遵循新疆高校预科生民族团结教育原则;二是完善新疆高校预科生民族团结教育的主要内容;三是拓宽新疆高校预科生民族团结教育的有效途径;四是构建新疆高校预科生民族团结教育的保障机制。
[Abstract]:At present, the international and domestic situation is complicated, the importance of ethnic unity education in Xinjiang colleges and universities is increasingly prominent, and its educational effect is related to the social stability and long-term stability of Xinjiang. Matriculation students are the reserve force to develop ethnic minority higher education and promote social and economic development in minority areas, because of their age stage, they are in an important period of forming the concept of right and wrong. The education of national unity should be paid more attention to in the stage of preparatory education. According to the characteristics of ethnic unity education for the matriculation students in Xinjiang colleges and universities, the targeted development of national unity education can lay a good foundation for the cognition of ethnic unity problems by the talents of higher education of ethnic minorities, and is to promote the progress of national unity. The strategic project of strengthening the cohesion of the Chinese nation. This study explores and analyzes the promotion of ethnic unity education for matriculation students in Xinjiang colleges and universities. First of all, the related concepts of national unity education for preparatory college students in Xinjiang are combed out, and the particularity and importance of national unity education for preparatory students in Xinjiang colleges and universities are analyzed. Secondly, through the way of organization investigation, questionnaire investigation and interview, to understand the current situation of ethnic unity education of the preparatory students in a certain university in Xinjiang, and to analyze the problems and the causes of the current national unity education of the preparatory students. Put forward the corresponding thinking and countermeasures for weak links. The results of the study hope to enrich the research on ethnic unity education in Xinjiang colleges and universities in theory, and to promote the effect of ethnic unity education in Xinjiang colleges and universities in practice. This research consists of the following parts: the first part: introduction. Explain the research background, purpose, significance, domestic and foreign research review; research ideas and research methods; research innovation and heavy, difficult. The second part: Xinjiang university matriculation student national unity education related content outline. Combing the core concepts and summarizing the particularity and importance of the national unity education of the preparatory college students in Xinjiang. Lay the groundwork for the discussion below. The third part: taking a certain university in Xinjiang as the investigation object, analyzes the present situation of ethnic unity education of the preparatory college students in Xinjiang. Combing out the main problems and causes of ethnic unity education of the preparatory college students in Xinjiang: the national unity education of the preparatory college students in Xinjiang has not yet formed a highly unified educational pattern; The construction of part of ethnic unity educational management team in Xinjiang colleges and universities is lagging behind, and the limitation of Xinjiang college preparatory students themselves. The fourth part: put forward the strategy analysis of promoting the national unity education of the preparatory college students in Xinjiang: first, strictly follow the principles of national unity education of the preparatory students in Xinjiang, second, perfect the main content of the national unity education of the preparatory students in Xinjiang universities; The third is to broaden the effective way of ethnic unity education for the matriculation students in Xinjiang, and the fourth is to construct the guarantee mechanism of the ethnic unity education for the preparatory students in Xinjiang universities.
