物理师范生课堂教学能力现状与影响因素研究

【摘要】:教育为国家的发展和进步提供动力,教师是教育实践中的主要实施者。近几年国家相继出台了关于提升教师能力的相关文件和政策。课堂教学能力是教师所应具有的所有能力中的重要组成。本研究第一部分对整体的背景进行了研究,第一点来自于政策的推进;第二点来自于教师能力研讨的展开;第三点来自于物理学科本身的特点。以上角度作为研究的基点对研究进行展开。第二部分主要是确立了本研究的核心概念,通过文献梳理建立评价指标系统,同时为保证本研究的科学性,笔者走访了相关专家,对评价指标的几个维度划分进行了意见收集。根据专家们的意见笔者对评价指标进行了修改,根据修改意见重新修正了指标。最后将修改后的指标体再次反馈给各位专家。专家对每一条目进行了打分。经过梳理和专家打分情况笔者利用专家排序法统计了指标权重。本研究的第三部分根据指标的权重的分配确立了初步的调查问卷,对课堂实验能力这一权重值大的指标在题量上有所侧重。并对问卷进行了40名师范生小范围的测量。根据初步测量的结果对问卷进行了修正,同时笔者对初测问卷进行了信度和效度的检验。检验合格后形成最终的调查问卷。本研究的第四部分亦即论文的主体部分,发放最终形成的调查问卷并对120名物理师范生进行调查,专家回访的问卷信度和效度较之第一次均有明显提升。笔者对调查结果进行统计分析和影响因素的分析。根据数据反映的结果得出了每项一级指标目前的现状,总结了物理师范生现有的优势和欠缺。以上工作之后,从师范生自身的角度、学校培养的角度、各项指标的现状角度总结了研究的结论。在师范生自身方面,建议增强能力提升的意识,充分发挥现有的优势;学校培养方面,提出适当延长实习时间的建议。就五项一级指标对应能力分析了优势和不足。对每项能力不足之处给出了提升策略。最后笔者对本次研究的不足和所遇到的问题进行反思。旨在今后的学习和研究中改进和提升。
[Abstract]:Education provides the motive force for the development and progress of the country, and teachers are the main implementers in the educational practice. In recent years, the country has issued the relevant documents and policies on improving teachers' ability. Classroom teaching ability is an important component of all abilities teachers should have. The first part of this study studies the whole background, the first point comes from the promotion of policy; the second part comes from the development of teacher ability research; the third part comes from the characteristics of physics discipline itself. The above angle is used as the basic point of the research. The second part mainly establishes the core concept of this study, establishes the evaluation index system through the literature combing, at the same time, in order to ensure the scientific nature of this research, the author visits the relevant experts, and carries on the opinion collection to several dimensions division of the evaluation index. According to the opinions of the experts, the author modifies the evaluation index and revises the index according to the revised opinion. Finally, the revised index body will be feedback to the experts again. The experts rated each entry. After combing and expert scoring the author uses the expert ranking method to calculate the index weight. The third part of this study establishes a preliminary questionnaire according to the distribution of the weight of the indicators, focusing on the classroom experiment ability, which has a large weight. The questionnaire was used to measure 40 normal students in a small range. According to the results of preliminary measurement, the questionnaire was revised, and the reliability and validity of the initial questionnaire were tested. The final questionnaire is formed after passing the test. The fourth part of this study is the main part of the paper, which distributes the final questionnaire and investigates 120 physics normal students. The reliability and validity of the questionnaire returned by the experts are significantly improved compared with the first time. The author carries on the statistical analysis and the influence factor analysis to the investigation result. According to the results of the data, the present situation of each primary index is obtained, and the advantages and disadvantages of physics normal students are summarized. After the above work, the conclusion of the research is summarized from the point of view of normal students themselves, the angle of school cultivation and the present situation of each index. In the aspect of normal school students themselves, it is suggested to enhance the awareness of ability promotion and give full play to the existing advantages, while in the aspect of school training, some suggestions are put forward to extend the practice time appropriately. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the corresponding ability of the five primary indicators. The improvement strategy is given for each ability deficiency. Finally, the author reflects on the shortcomings and problems of this study. The aim is to improve and improve the future study and research.
