高校智库“旋转门”机制建设探讨

【摘要】：高校学科门类齐全,汇聚一流专家学者,研究生规模庞大,具有建设智库的先天优势,但是智库建设也面临重视不够、定位模糊、不接地气、缺乏协同、缺乏前瞻、不够开放等突出问题。中国特色新型高校智库建设,需要深化合作,协同攻关。文章首先介绍了国内外高校智库建设现状;其次,阐述了高校智库"旋转门"机制的内涵及建设的必要性;再次,分析了我国高校智库"旋转门"机制建设的优势;最后,提出了我国高校智库"旋转门"机制建设的可行路径。
[Abstract]:Colleges and universities have a complete range of disciplines, a pool of first-class experts and scholars, and graduate students have the innate advantages of building think tanks. However, the construction of think tanks is also faced with insufficient attention, fuzzy positioning, inaccessible, lack of coordination, lack of foresight. Not open enough and so on outstanding problem. The construction of a new type of university think tank with Chinese characteristics needs to deepen cooperation and cooperate to tackle key problems. This paper first introduces the present situation of the construction of university think tanks at home and abroad; secondly, expounds the connotation and necessity of the revolving door mechanism of the university think tanks; thirdly, analyzes the advantages of the construction of the revolving door mechanism of the university think tanks in our country; finally, analyzes the advantages of the construction of the revolving door mechanism of the university think tanks. This paper puts forward the feasible path of the construction of the revolving door mechanism of the university think tank in our country.
