高校青年教师职后教育中的专业伦理素质培养路径

【摘要】:专业伦理是教师职后教育和专业素质的重要内容,对教师、教学、学生以及专业学科发展都至关重要,在高校青年教师职后教育中应该受到重视。不过现实的情形,往往重视专业技能、专业知识方面的提升,忽略青年教师专业伦理素养的培养。有鉴于此,高校务必要重视青年教师专业伦理素养的培养,强化专业化、科学化与系统化的专业伦理素养培养理念;拓展与整合专业伦理培养的内容,突出专业规范与要求;探索自主与外在培养的多样化途径,强化专业伦理素养的考核地位与保障措施供给,以此不断完善青年教师职后教育中的专业伦理培养机制,助推青年教师职业、专业成长。
[Abstract]:Professional ethics is an important content of teachers' post-service education and professional quality. It is very important for teachers, teaching, students and professional subjects development. It should be paid attention to in the post-service education of young teachers in colleges and universities. However, the actual situation, often attach importance to professional skills, professional knowledge, ignore the training of professional ethics of young teachers. In view of this, colleges and universities must attach importance to the cultivation of professional ethics literacy of young teachers, strengthen the professional ethics literacy training concept of specialization, science and systematization, expand and integrate the contents of professional ethics cultivation, and highlight the professional norms and requirements. This paper explores the diversified ways of independent and external cultivation, strengthens the assessment status of professional ethics literacy and the supply of guarantee measures, so as to continuously improve the professional ethics training mechanism in the post service education of young teachers, so as to promote the profession and professional growth of young teachers.
