我国第一代大学生的生涯规划特点研究——以上海8所高校为例

【摘要】：调研分析表明,"第一代大学生"在职业生源规划中表现出了很多特点,有利有弊。有些特点使其在生涯规划的时候出现一定的问题,比如在规划中缺少来自家庭的指导,具有一定的盲目性;在择业时又存在一定的不自信等。文章通过这些研究进一步提出了关于"第一代大学生"就业指导的建议,以便在实际工作中帮助这些家庭的"第一代大学生"更合理地规划自己的职业生涯。
[Abstract]:The investigation and analysis show that the first generation of college students has many characteristics, good and bad, in the planning of vocational students. Some characteristics make it appear certain problems in career planning, such as the lack of guidance from family in the planning, with certain blindness, and there is a certain lack of confidence in choosing a career. Through these studies, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the employment guidance of "first-generation college students", so as to help the "first-generation college students" of these families to plan their career more reasonably in practical work.
