广西高校职教师范生培养的现状、问题及对策研究

【摘要】:在职业教育愈来愈受到重视的今天,中职师资的培养质量也日益受到人们的关注。目前中职师资的培养处于一个及其尴尬的地位,在与其他专业相等的学年内要兼顾专业技能和教学技能,这就使得两方面的培养都打了折扣。如何正确地定位职教师范专业,使职教师范生成长为合格的准中等职业教育“双师型”教师,本研究通过梳理关于国内外的职教师资培养的文献,提出通过比较广西不同类型的高校(师范类型和综合类型)在培养职教师范生上的不同,来提出一些相关的策略与建议。本研究主要从一下几个方面展开:第一,职教师范生培养的相关解读与透视。首先,对核心概念职教师范生、“双师型”教师、中等职业教育、师资培养模式进行了界定;其次,介绍了职教师范生培养模式的相关理论,如教师教育理论、职业技术教学论;最后对职教师范生的差异性表征进行了论述,对教学性与职业性、过程与结果、理论性与实践性的关系进行了辨证分析,为本研究的继续进行奠定了理论基础。第二,广西高校职教师范生培养的现状调查研究。首先,广西中职教师师资现状突出对高质量职教师范生的需求;其次,通过设计学生问卷和教师访谈对广西师范学院(师范类高校)和广西科技大学(综合类大学)的职教师范生的培养模式进行了调查研究。第三,广西高校职教师范生培养中存在的问题。发现家长学生对职教师范专业满意度不高、课程设置难以满足职教师范生发展需求、教学模式有待改进、综合类大学和师范类大学职教师范生习得技能情况不同、就业意向出现差异化等问题。找出这些问题发生的本质,才可以提出有效的策略与建议。第四,职教师范生培养的策略与建议。首先,改善中职师资培养的外环境,通过多渠道宣传,更新人们对职教师范专业及职业教育的传统认识,建立高校“双师型”教师队伍,通过过硬的教学质量提升专业吸引力,同时争取大政府优惠力度,吸引报考职教师范专业的考生,奠定职教师范生专业的发展基石——专业吸引力;其次,改革课程体系,通过更新课程理念、明确课程目标、优化课程设置,优化课程体系;再次,创新教学模式,合理选择教学内容,勇于创新教学方法、丰富教学评价方式;最后,培养主体的多元化,通过与企业、中职学校、高等院校等密切合作,来实现教育资源的最大利用,充分为职教师范生的高质量培养创造条件。最后,本研究还有许多不足之处。提出的建议策略还只是停留在理论层面,未曾进行实证研究。如何改变职教师范专业的尴尬地位,提升职教师范生的质量,在今后的工作学习中,将进一步进行探索。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, vocational education has been paid more and more attention, and the quality of secondary vocational teachers has been paid more and more attention. At present, the training of teachers in secondary vocational schools is in an awkward position. In the same academic year as other majors, both professional skills and teaching skills should be taken into account. How to correctly position the vocational education teachers' specialty and make the students of the vocational education teachers grow into qualified "double teachers" teachers in the quasi secondary vocational education, this study combs the literature about the training of vocational education teachers at home and abroad. This paper puts forward some relevant strategies and suggestions by comparing the differences of different types of colleges and universities (normal and comprehensive types) in training students of vocational education normal schools in Guangxi. This research mainly from the following several aspects: first, vocational education normal students training related interpretation and perspective. First, it defines the core concept of vocational education students, "double teachers", secondary vocational education, teacher training model; secondly, introduces the relevant theories of vocational education normal students training model, such as teacher education theory. In the end, the author discusses the characteristics of the difference between the students of vocational education and normal school students, analyzes the relationship between teaching and occupation, process and result, theory and practice, and makes a dialectical analysis of the relationship between teaching and vocational education. It lays a theoretical foundation for the continuation of this study. Second, the current situation of vocational education students training in Guangxi colleges and universities. First of all, the current situation of teachers in secondary vocational schools in Guangxi highlights the demand for high quality vocational education students; secondly, By designing student questionnaire and teacher interview, this paper investigates the training mode of vocational education normal students in Guangxi normal University (normal university) and Guangxi University of Science and Technology (comprehensive university). Third, the problems existing in the training of vocational education students in Guangxi colleges and universities. It is found that the parents and students are not satisfied with the vocational education major, the curriculum is difficult to meet the needs of the development of the vocational education students, the teaching model needs to be improved, and the acquisition skills of the vocational education students in the comprehensive university and the normal university are different. The employment intention appears difference and so on question. To find out the nature of these problems, we can put forward effective strategies and suggestions. Fourth, the training strategy and suggestion of vocational education normal students. First of all, improve the external environment of secondary vocational teachers training, through multiple channels of publicity, update people's traditional understanding of vocational education and vocational education, set up a "double-qualified" college teachers, through the excellent teaching quality to enhance the professional attractiveness. At the same time, we will strive for preferential efforts from large governments to attract candidates who apply for vocational education teachers' major, and lay a foundation for the development of vocational education teachers' majors-professional attractiveness. Secondly, reform the curriculum system and define the curriculum objectives through more new curriculum concepts. Optimize the curriculum, optimize the curriculum system; thirdly, innovate the teaching mode, choose the teaching content reasonably, innovate the teaching method, enrich the teaching evaluation method; finally, cultivate the diversification of the main body, through with the enterprise, the secondary vocational school, Colleges and universities cooperate closely to realize the maximum utilization of educational resources and to create conditions for the high quality training of vocational education normal students. Finally, there are many shortcomings in this study. The proposed strategies are still at the theoretical level, and no empirical research has been carried out. How to change the awkward position of vocational teachers' specialty and improve the quality of vocational normal students will be further explored in the future work and study.
