黑龙江省四所“211”高校教育资源共享研究
[Abstract]:The sharing of higher education resources plays an important role in improving the quality of higher education and the overall competitiveness of our country. The implementation of this project can make the higher education of our country adapt to the trend of internationalization and promote the rapid development of educational informatization. Thus becomes the strategic choice which realizes the education reform. Therefore, we should take how to improve the utilization efficiency of higher education resources and how to realize the sharing of higher education resources as our key research topic, and carry out long-term attention and in-depth research. Based on the theory of economic efficiency of education investment, the theory of borderless higher education, the theory of agglomeration effect and the theory of strategic alliance, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the annual report of teaching quality of four "211" universities in Heilongjiang Province. This paper discusses the foundation and present situation of educational resource sharing in four colleges and universities, and through the questionnaire survey of four "211" colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province, analyzes the will and influencing factors expressed in the implementation of educational resource sharing in four colleges and universities from the two aspects of teachers and students. In the part of teachers' questionnaire, the descriptive statistical analysis method is used, and it is concluded that the most easily realized shared activity is the sharing of laboratory resources, and the principal component analysis method is used in the part of students' questionnaire. Through the investigation of students' willingness to share and the analysis of the factors of sharing, the educational resources level of the four universities in the eyes of the students is graded and sorted, which is compared with the educational resources level of the actual four colleges and universities, and it is found that it is basically consistent with the level of the educational resources in the four colleges and universities. In this case, we use the method of SWOT analysis, from the advantages of geographical location and convenient transportation, four colleges and universities have their own unique educational resources, four universities and teachers and students to share the recognition of education resources to carry on the superiority analysis; From the constraints of the management system, the constraints of the management institutions, the constraints of ideological understanding to carry out the inferiority analysis, from the opportunity of the government to revitalize the old industrial base in Northeast China, and from the guidance of the policy of the country and Heilongjiang Province, The idea of enterprise strategic alliance is generally accepted by colleges and universities to carry on the opportunity analysis, from the university education development marketization, the higher education fund investment shortage, the university to the high quality student source demand carries on the threat analysis. Through analyzing the brief introduction, management organization and cooperative project of Nine Schools Union, Seven Schools Union, CIC University Union of USA and Russell University Group of England, this paper provides a reference for colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province to share educational resources. Furthermore, the author puts forward some countermeasures for the sharing of educational resources in the four "211" colleges and universities in Heilongjiang province: to enhance the awareness of educational resources sharing and to coordinate the benefit distribution of teachers' resources, the government should give the necessary funds and policy support. With online courses as the starting point to promote the sharing of other resources, a network platform for the sharing of high-quality educational resources in colleges and universities in the whole province is constructed.
