分类管理视角下的高校师资培训体系改革

【摘要】：本文结合高等教育大众化带来回拨效应认为,高校师资培训将呈现从教师学历转向教学能力、创新培训注重项目驱动、以技术和媒介素养适应跨国研修需求等趋势。通过对高校教师培训基本操作流程进行基于分类管理的标准化描述,建议各高校站在构建专门人才培养、推动文化创新、教师自身发展和谐共生的校本培训体系高度,强化培训对象针对性分类,围绕工作本位学习与发展,融入现代大学制度建设,加强高校内部分类创新驱动培训。
[Abstract]:Combined with the effect of the popularization of higher education, this paper holds that teachers' training in colleges and universities will change from teachers' academic qualifications to teaching abilities, and innovative training will focus on project-driven, and adapt to the needs of transnational research by means of technology and media literacy. Through the standardized description of the basic operation flow of teacher training based on classification management, it is suggested that colleges and universities should stand at the height of constructing a school-based training system of specialized personnel training, promoting cultural innovation, and teachers developing harmoniously and symbiotically. Strengthening the targeted classification of training objects, focusing on work-based learning and development, integrating into the construction of modern university system, strengthening the internal classification and innovation of colleges and universities driving training.
