“遗传与进化”模块职业规划教育工具箱建设与使用要点研究

【摘要】:随着社会的发展,我国各行各业对大学毕业生的要求越来越高,毕业生就业变得更为困难,这与其是否接受过系统化的职业规划教育密切相关。我国目前对于职业规划教育的实施主要集中在大学阶段,然而这并不能解决根本问题。学生的职业规划意识应该在上大学前就开始培养,让学生进入大学之前就有一定的职业定位,并按阶段规划自己的职业生涯。高中生不管从生理上还是心理上都渐渐走向成熟,这为他们进行职业规划奠定了基础。为了解目前我国高中生物课程中进行职业规划教育的状况,以及学生目前职业规划的状况及需求,笔者对部分高中生做了问卷调查。结果发现,高中生会考虑自己未来的职业,但所了解的信息极为不足,他们希望在高中阶段就对自己的未来职业做一个规划,也希望知道如何去规划。但目前很少有高中单独开设职业规划教育课程,各学科教师承担着进行职业规划教育的职责,生物教师也是如此。而在生物教学中进行职业规划教育的资源并不丰富,无法很好的实施这一教育。为弥补这一块的不足,笔者决定建设“职业规划教育工具箱”,为生物教师在教学过程中渗透职业规划教育提供教学资源,教师有选择的使用这一资源可以帮助学生对与生物学相关的职业有一个初步了解,为其进行职业规划提供参考。本文中的“职业规划教育工具箱”是指高中生物教师实施职业规划教育的各种教学资源的集合,本文以“遗传与进化”模块为例。其中包括各类教育案例及表格、量表,高中生物教师可以选用不同的方案引导学生了解相关的职业信息,之后利用所提供的表格、量表等帮助学生进行职业规划。本研究的重点是对各类案例的设计,并解释最终建设成的工具箱的使用要点。案例的教育形式共分为三种,分别是课堂教学、课外活动和主题班会。通过对教材中有关职业规划教育内容的分析,深度剖析教材,挖掘职业切入点,在适当的位置帮助学生了解相关的职业。不同方案的设计需要遵循各自的设计原则,课堂教学案例具体从教学目标、教学方法、教学媒体和教学步骤四个方面进行设计;课外活动分为社会考察活动和阅读活动两种形式,活动的实施程序大致分为主题的确定、小组的组建、计划的开展、成果总结、展示与交流、活动反思六个阶段;主题班会分别从明确目标、确定主题、选择形式、会前准备、实施过程、反思总结六个方面进行了设计,并最终确定了活动及班会的编写体例。“遗传与进化”模块职业规划教育工具箱的内容设计原则包括适应性原则、个性化原则、多元化原则、科学性原则、生成性原则,工具箱的建设过程分为确定设计原则、资源内容整合、编写体例、呈现案例、提供规划量表及表格五大步骤,三种形式的方案按照教材章节顺序排列,共20个案例,案例之后是相关量表及表格,整个工具箱以活页文本的形式呈现。为确保教学过程、课外活动及主题班会能够顺利进行,本文还提出了各形式案例及各类表格的使用要点,为教师对学生进行职业规划教育提供参考。

The resources of vocational planning education in biology teaching are not rich, and this education can not be implemented well.
