德国应用科学大学课程研究

【摘要】:随着科学技术的发展、经济结构的调整以及产业转型升级,我国社会急需既掌握理论知识又具备实践动手能力的高级应用型人才,但是职业院校培养的学生不能满足社会需求,本科院校培养的学生学科思维严重,实践能力不足。在此背景下,我国启动地方普通本科院校向应用型转型的工作,但从目前发展的情况看,应用型本科建设仍处于初步探索阶段,在人才培养模式的各个环节仍有问题。因此,借鉴德国应用科学大学培养应用型人才的经验对于我国建设应用型本科,培养应用型人才有一定的价值。德国应用科学大学产生于20世纪60年代末,短短50年的发展就已成为德国高等教育体系中的重要组成部分,其人才培养模式、课程设置、专业建设、师资队伍建设等各方面已基本成熟。因此,为了更好的建设我国应用型本科,为我国应用型本科课程建设指明方向,本文以三所德国应用科学大学的课程为研究对象,采用文献分析法、案例研究法系统分析德国应用科学大学课程的特征,以期对我国应用型本科课程建设提供参考。本文共六章。第一章为绪论,主要介绍了研究背景、研究意义、研究综述、核心概念的界定以及研究的主要内容及方法。第二章为德国应用科学大学课程发展的历程,以博洛尼亚进程为节点,分析进程前与进程中德国应用科学大学课程方面发生的变化及课程价值取向的变化。第三章为德国应用科学大学课程现状,以巴登符腾堡双元制应用科学大学的机电一体化专业、莱茵瓦尔应用科学大学的机电系统工程专业和慕尼黑应用科学大学的工业设计专业的课程为研究对象,介绍三所应用科学大学具体的课程情况。第四章为德国应用科学大学课程分析,从课程之理论支撑和课程之特征分析来总结得出不同类型、不同专业的德国应用科学大学所共同具有的本质特征。第五章为德国应用科学大学对我国应用型本科课程建设的启示,首先分析我国应用型本科课程建设中出现的问题,结合德国应用科学大学的经验提出一些建议。第六章为结语,通过对本文的概括总结,指出本文的创新点及不足及改进之处。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, the adjustment of economic structure and the upgrading of industrial transformation, our society is in urgent need of advanced applied talents who have both theoretical knowledge and practical ability, but the students trained in vocational colleges cannot meet the needs of society. The undergraduate colleges and universities train the discipline thinking seriously, the practice ability is insufficient. Under this background, our country starts the local ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities to the application-oriented transformation work, but from the present development situation, the applied undergraduate course construction is still in the preliminary exploration stage, in each link of the talent training pattern still has the question. Therefore, learning from the experience of German University of Applied Science in cultivating applied talents has certain value for the construction of applied undergraduate course and the cultivation of applied talents in our country. The German University of Applied Science was born in the late 1960s, and its development in the past 50 years has become an important part of the German higher education system. The construction of teaching staff and other aspects have been basically mature. Therefore, in order to better construct the applied undergraduate course in our country and point out the direction for the construction of the applied undergraduate course in our country, this paper takes the curriculum of three German universities of applied science as the research object and adopts the literature analysis method. The case study method systematically analyzes the characteristics of the curriculum of German University of Applied Science in order to provide a reference for the construction of applied undergraduate courses in China. There are six chapters in this paper. The first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduces the research background, the research significance, the research summary, the core concept definition as well as the research main content and the method. The second chapter is the course of the curriculum development of the German University of Applied Science. Taking Bologna process as the node, this chapter analyzes the changes in curriculum and curriculum value orientation of the German University of Applied Science before and during the process. The third chapter is the present situation of the curriculum of German University of Applied Science, which is based on the mechatronics major of Baden W 眉 rttemberg University of Applied Science. The courses of mechanical and electrical systems engineering of Rhinware University of Applied Science and Industrial Design of Munich University of Applied Science are studied. The specific courses of three universities of applied science are introduced. The fourth chapter is the curriculum analysis of the German University of Applied Science. From the theoretical support of the curriculum and the analysis of the characteristics of the curriculum, we can conclude the common essential characteristics of the different types and different specialties of the German University of Applied Science. The fifth chapter is the enlightenment of the German University of Applied Science to the construction of applied undergraduate courses in China. Firstly, the problems in the construction of applied undergraduate courses in China are analyzed, and some suggestions are put forward based on the experience of the German University of Applied Science. The sixth chapter is the conclusion, through the summary of this paper, points out the innovation and shortcomings of this paper and its improvement.
