大学生社会责任意识现状及其教育对策研究

【摘要】：大学生社会责任意识是大学生在社会公共生活中对自己所应承担的责任和履行的义务的一种自律意识,是大学生综合素质的重要体现,不仅影响到大学生自身的成长成才,更影响到社会、国家和民族的未来发展。十八大以来,党中央高度重视对大学生社会责任意识的培育,明确提出要"增强学生社会责任感、创新精神、实践能力"。习近平总书记也在多种场合对大学生提出志存高远,脚踏实地,勇敢肩负起时代赋予的历史重任的要求,因此,培育大学生社会责任意识成为当前社会主义现代化建设的重要问题之一。当前,大学生社会责任意识的主流仍是积极健康向上的,但也存在一些不容忽视的问题,部分大学生存在理想信念淡化、社会责任认识不清、担当意识弱化等问题,对其自身全面发展和社会道德建设都产生了负面影响。因此,如何增强大学生社会责任意识已成为高校思想政治教育亟需解决的重要问题。本文在我国经济迅速发展,国家日益强大的新形势下,在梳理国内外现有研究成果以及实证研究的基础上,对"大学生社会责任意识现状及其教育对策研究"课题进行了细致研究。首先,对大学生社会责任意识相关概念进行界定,从马克思主义理论、中国共产党人的重要思想以及中国传统文化的角度对社会责任意识研究的理论依据进行了阐述,并对大学生社会责任意识教育的重大意义和时代价值进行了分析,为论文的研究奠定理论基础。其次,运用问卷调查等方法对沈阳市六所高校的大学生就其社会责任意识及行为展开了调研,分析总结出沈阳市六所高校大学生社会责任意识的主流表现和其存在的主要问题。再次,在对大学生社会责任意识现状了解把握的基础上,分别从社会、高校、家庭和大学生自身等四方面对其弱化大学生社会责任意识的成因进行了深入剖析。最后,针对大学生社会责任意识存在的问题,从教育内容、原则和途径等三方面具体提出了加强大学生社会责任意识教育的对策,为切实增强大学生社会责任意识,并进一步提高我国大学生的综合素质提供理论参考和实践借鉴。
[Abstract]:The consciousness of college students' social responsibility is a kind of self-discipline consciousness of university students' responsibility and obligation to themselves in the social public life. It is an important embodiment of college students' comprehensive quality, which not only affects the growth and development of college students. It also affects the future development of the society, the country and the nation. Since the 18th Party Congress, the CPC Central Committee has attached great importance to the cultivation of college students' sense of social responsibility, and has clearly proposed to "strengthen students' sense of social responsibility, innovative spirit and practical ability". General Secretary Xi Jinping has also put forward to college students on many occasions the requirements of having lofty ambitions, being down-to-earth, and bravely shouldering the historical responsibilities entrusted by the times. Cultivating the sense of social responsibility of college students has become one of the important problems in the construction of socialist modernization. At present, the mainstream of college students' social responsibility consciousness is still positive, healthy and upward, but there are also some problems that can not be ignored. Some college students have some problems such as desalination of ideal and belief, unclear understanding of social responsibility, weakening of responsibility consciousness, etc. It has a negative impact on its own overall development and social moral construction. Therefore, how to strengthen the sense of social responsibility of college students has become an important problem of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Under the new situation of China's rapid economic development and the increasingly powerful country, this paper reviews the existing research results at home and abroad as well as empirical research. This paper makes a detailed study on the status quo of college students' consciousness of social responsibility and its educational countermeasures. First of all, the related concepts of social responsibility consciousness of college students are defined, and the theoretical basis for the study of social responsibility consciousness is expounded from the angle of Marxist theory, the important thoughts of the Chinese Communists and the Chinese traditional culture. It also analyzes the great significance and time value of the education of college students' social responsibility consciousness, which lays a theoretical foundation for the research of this paper. Secondly, by means of questionnaire survey, this paper investigates the social responsibility consciousness and behavior of the college students in six universities in Shenyang, and analyzes and summarizes the mainstream performance and the main problems of the social responsibility consciousness of the six colleges and universities in Shenyang. Thirdly, on the basis of understanding the present situation of college students' social responsibility consciousness, this paper analyzes the causes of weakening students' social responsibility consciousness from four aspects: society, university, family and college students themselves. Finally, aiming at the problems existing in the sense of social responsibility of college students, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of strengthening the awareness of social responsibility of college students from the aspects of the content, principles and ways of education, in order to strengthen the consciousness of social responsibility of college students. And further improve the comprehensive quality of college students in China to provide theoretical and practical reference.
