高年级护生对老年人态度的现状调查

【摘要】：目的了解高年级本科护生对老年人态度、老年知识及职业价值观的现状,分析影响其对老年人态度的因素。方法整群抽取某大学三年级224名本科护生,采用自制的一般资料调查表、Kogan老年人态度量表、Palmore老年知识问卷Ⅰ、Super职业价值观量表进行调查。结果 16.1%的护生表示喜欢护理老年人;护生对老年人态度得分(140.76±14.18)分;老年知识得分(15.66±3.83)分;护生生源地、是否喜欢护理老年人、愿意从事老年护理工作及职业价值观中的成就是影响本科护生对老年人态度的主要因素(P0.05)。结论高年级本科护生对老年人态度趋于正向,但从事老年护理工作意愿低,老龄化知识缺乏,护理教育者应优化老年护理课程设置,使老年医学知识融入到各种相关医学知识教学中,老年医学专家和老年护理人员应树立良好的榜样,增强老年护理工作的成就感,激发护生从事老年护理工作的意愿。
