书院教育传统与现代大学教育的融合——岳麓书院实施本科生导师制的探索与思考

【摘要】：本科生导师制源于西方。在中国实施本科生导师制,我们应当从深厚悠久的中华历史文化中吸取营养。传统书院教育注重品格养成,师生关系密切,重视因材施教,强调学生自主学习与教师精神引领的结合,可以为本科生导师制的完善提供借鉴与启示。岳麓书院作为千年学府,文化底蕴深厚,传统教育资源丰富,在接通传统教育与现代教育方面具有独特的优势。岳麓书院实施的本科生导师制,涵盖学业导师制、生活导师制、班级导师制、学术兴趣导师制几个方面,既立足当代高等教育发展的实际,又充分挖掘传统书院教育资源,颇具特色。八年来,岳麓书院实施本科生导师制取得了显著成果,也引发了我们对于如何提高师生对本科生导师制的认识、如何完善本科生导师制的管理运行机制、如何构建本科生导师制实施效果的评价体系等一系列问题的思考。
[Abstract]:The undergraduate tutorial system originates from the West. To implement the undergraduate tutorial system in China, we should draw nutrition from the profound history and culture of China. Traditional college education lays stress on character cultivation, close relationship between teachers and students, emphasis on teaching according to students' aptitude, and the combination of students' independent learning and teachers' spirit guidance, which can provide reference and inspiration for the improvement of undergraduate tutorial system. Yuelu Academy, as a thousand years institution, has a profound cultural background and abundant traditional educational resources. It has unique advantages in connecting traditional education with modern education. The undergraduate tutorial system of Yuelu Academy includes academic tutor system, life tutor system, class tutor system and academic interest tutor system. It not only bases on the reality of the development of contemporary higher education, but also fully excavates the traditional college educational resources. Characteristic. Over the past eight years, Yuelu Academy has achieved remarkable results in implementing the tutorial system for undergraduates, which has also led to our understanding of how to improve teachers and students' understanding of the tutorial system for undergraduates, and how to improve the management and operation mechanism of the tutorial system for undergraduates. How to construct the evaluation system of undergraduate tutorial system and so on.
