创新高校内部治理体系的实现路径——“高校内部治理体系创新的理论与实践”高层论坛综述

【摘要】:党的十八大以后,治理体系和治理能力现代化不仅成为一种国家意志,而且成为各行业组织管理改革的目标。作为肩负人才培养与知识创新崇高使命的高校,如何通过创新成为治理体系和治理能力现代化的组织,显然成为亟待解决的问题。"高校内部治理体系创新的理论与实践"高层论坛的参会代表们,围绕厘清治理改革中的主次矛盾、重构管理与评估体系、平衡权力配置与优化组织结构、加强文化建设与重视教师参与、借鉴古今中外经验与创新高校内部治理体系的关系进行了广泛交流和深入探讨,提出了一系列富有创建的观点和建议。
[Abstract]:After the 18th National Congress of the Party, the modernization of governance system and management ability not only becomes a kind of national will, but also becomes the goal of management reform of various trade organizations. As a university with the lofty mission of talent training and knowledge innovation, how to become a modern organization of governance system and governance ability through innovation has obviously become an urgent problem to be solved. " The participants of the high-level forum focused on clarifying the principal and secondary contradictions in the governance reform, reconstructing the management and evaluation system, balancing power allocation and optimizing the organizational structure. Strengthening cultural construction and attaching importance to teachers' participation and drawing lessons from Chinese and foreign experiences and innovating the internal governance system of colleges and universities have been extensively exchanged and deeply discussed, and a series of views and suggestions have been put forward.
