研究生师生对话模式探析

【摘要】：角色认知一致是研究生师生关系和谐的前提,对话是实现角色认知一致的重要渠道。目前我国研究生师生关系在总体和谐的前提下,一定范围内也存在矛盾和冲突,建构合理对话模式是解决师生角色认知差异进而实现师生关系和谐的重要途径。本文首先从要素分析入手说明对话模式变迁与研究生师生关系发展的关系,确立研究生师生合理对话模式与和谐师生关系的时代内容。在此基础上,以挖掘现时代研究生师生关系不和谐的原因为前提,建构消解研究生师生角色认知差异的具体路径,为推动我国研究生师生关系和谐发展提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:The consistency of role cognition is the premise of harmonious relationship between teachers and students, and dialogue is an important channel to realize the consistency of role cognition. At present, under the premise of overall harmony, there are contradictions and conflicts in the teacher-student relationship of graduate students in our country. Constructing a reasonable dialogue model is an important way to solve the cognitive differences between teachers and students and to realize the harmonious relationship between teachers and students. This paper first explains the relationship between the change of dialogue mode and the development of teacher-student relationship, and establishes the era content of reasonable dialogue mode and harmonious teacher-student relationship between postgraduates and teachers. On this basis, on the premise of digging out the reasons for the disharmony of the teacher-student relationship in the present era, the author constructs a concrete way to resolve the cognitive differences of the teacher-student role of the postgraduates, and provides a reference for promoting the harmonious development of the teacher-student relationship of the graduate students in our country.
