新高考改革背景下高师院校培养卓越历史教师研究
[Abstract]:The author's understanding of outstanding history teachers can be started from two aspects: historical excellence and educational excellence. That is to say, history teachers should understand history as well as education, which requires outstanding history teachers to have more profound historical knowledge reserve, history education theory and methods to deal with the complexity of history education. The implementation of the "excellent teacher Plan" undoubtedly provides a complete reference model for the training of outstanding history teachers. After several years of exploration, various normal colleges and universities have gradually implemented and improved the "Trinity" cooperative training model and history curriculum system. History teaching evaluation criteria and other basic content. History is an important part of humanistic accomplishment. Cultivating outstanding teachers in history specialty is related to the quality guarantee of history education and is an important part of the whole "excellent teacher Plan". However, the development of the times will always take on new characteristics. The new college entrance examination in Zhejiang, Shanghai pilot, will be carried out in the country, this change, affecting all aspects of society. In this context, outstanding history teachers must continue to cultivate, but the background of the training revealed new characteristics of the times. Therefore, under the background of the new college entrance examination reform, through the research on the training plan, the training model and the training quality of the outstanding history teachers in normal colleges and universities, the paper puts forward some feasible opinions and suggestions for the training of outstanding history teachers in normal colleges and universities. Is the purpose of this study. By using the methods of literature research, case study and interview, based on the foothold of history teacher education in normal universities, and combining with the training plan of outstanding history teachers in Sichuan normal University, the author starts a systematic study from the perspective of the new college entrance examination. The main contents of the research include: clarifying the reform plan of the new college entrance examination and the basic concepts and main contents of the outstanding history teachers, and analyzing the theoretical basis of the training of outstanding history teachers under the new college entrance examination reform background. This paper sums up the contradictory relations that should be dealt with in the training of outstanding history teachers in normal colleges and universities, summarizes the main reasons for training outstanding history teachers in normal colleges and universities, and finally puts forward the opinions and suggestions of cultivating outstanding history teachers in normal colleges and universities under the background of the new college entrance examination reform. Although there are many shortcomings, but still hope to train excellent history teachers colleges and universities to contribute a modest force.
