浅析高等教育治理体系现代化

【摘要】：高等教育治理体系现代化是公共行政改革和教育发展形势的共同要求。教育治理体系现代化必须坚持政治性、公共性和学术性的统一。高等教育治理体系现代化是内涵式发展与教育现代化的根本保障。高等治理体系现代化更加强调理顺关系、协同作战。推进高等教育治理体系现代化需要长时间的积累,涉及到多类主体、多个层面和复杂的利益格局,当前应在以下关键节点上下功夫:首先,优化权力配置和完善大学治理结构,优化高等教育评价体系;其次,完善以法制和民主为核心的高等教育问责和监督机制;最后,落实宏观教育改革政策。
[Abstract]:The modernization of higher education governance system is the common requirement of public administration reform and educational development. The modernization of educational governance system must adhere to the unity of political, public and academic. The modernization of higher education governance system is the fundamental guarantee of connotation development and educational modernization. The modernization of higher governance system emphasizes straightening out the relation more, cooperate to fight. It is necessary to accumulate for a long time to promote the modernization of higher education governance system, which involves many kinds of subjects, many levels and complex benefit patterns. At present, we should make great efforts on the following key nodes: first, to optimize the allocation of power and to perfect the university governance structure, Optimizing the evaluation system of higher education; Secondly, improve the accountability and supervision mechanism of higher education with the core of legal system and democracy; finally, implement the policy of macro education reform.
