大学素质教育的历史审视与现实反思

【摘要】：大学素质教育是一个具有中国特色的高等教育思想。大学素质教育起始于文化素质教育,文化素质教育在推进大学素质教育进程中,既做出了重要的历史贡献,同时也对全面推进大学素质教育具有重要的启示意义。当前,社会转型对高素质创新型人才培养带来的挑战与冲击、国家创新驱动发展战略对高素质创新型人才的需求与期待以及彻底解决高等教育的沉疴与积弊等,都要求全面推进大学素质教育。深刻认识全面推进大学素质教育的重要性与迫切性,是全面推进大学素质教育的基础与前提;培养与提高大学生的社会责任感、创新精神与实践能力,是全面推进大学素质教育的着力点;将大学素质教育思想贯穿于大学教育教学的全过程之中,是全面推进大学素质教育的核心与关键;加强师资队伍建设,是全面推进大学素质教育的依托与支撑。
[Abstract]:College quality education is a thought of higher education with Chinese characteristics. College quality education begins with cultural quality education. Cultural quality education not only makes important historical contributions in the process of promoting university quality education, but also has important enlightening significance for promoting university quality education in an all-round way. At present, the challenge and impact brought by the social transformation to the cultivation of high-quality innovative talents, the demand and expectation of the national innovation-driven development strategy for high-quality innovative talents, and the thorough solution to the problems of higher education, and so on. It is necessary to promote quality education in universities in an all-round way. Deep understanding of the importance and urgency of promoting quality education in universities is the foundation and premise of promoting quality education in universities. Cultivating and improving college students' sense of social responsibility, innovative spirit and practical ability are the key points to promote all-round quality education in universities. It is the core and key to promote the quality education of the university through the whole process of the university education and teaching, and to strengthen the construction of the teaching staff is the support and support of the all-round promotion of the quality education in the university.
