广东地方高校生物师范生职业规划的研究与解决对策

【摘要】:随着生物师范生就业竞争与就业要求的逐渐增大,科学合理的职业规划对地方高校毕业的生物师范生的重要性尤为突出。但目前对生物师范生职业规划的研究较缺乏,所以本研究以广东地方高校的生物师范生作为研究对象,主要探讨了生物师范生职业规划水平以及不同变量的影响程度。本研究中的职业规划包括五个维度:职业规划意识、自我认知、环境认知、目标计划、实施修正,而其影响因子主要包括个人背景、个人经历、个人观念及学校课程服务这四个方面。本研究根据这个思路设计出测量问卷,并对数据结果通过相关性分析、描述性分析、差异分析及回归分析等方法进行处理。同时本研究还采用了案例追踪研究、访谈相结合的方法。本研究的主要结论如下:(1)职业规划总体水平有待提高,各维度中职业规划意识维度的分值最高,目标计划维度的分值最低。说明生物师范生能意识到职业规划的重要性并对其有一定的需求,但在目标的确定及制定计划方面普遍表现地很迷茫;(2)生物师范生职业规划水平在性别、年级、父母双方受教育程度、学生干部经历、社会实践经历、专业认同、学校课程设置及学校职业规划服务的开展情况等方面存在差异,其大部分T或F检验的P值0.01;(3)影响生物师范生职业规划的主要因素是就业意向观念、专业认同度、社会实践经历、对学校职业规划服务的态度及对课程设置的态度。本研究发现生物师范生的职业规划尚待完善的问题如下:(1)生物师范生的职业规划总体水平有待提高;(2)生物师范生专业认同度很低;(3)生物师范生知识技能不足,对相关行业缺乏自信心;(4)学生缺乏社会实践平台;(5)高校职业规划课程方面:师资力量薄弱、课程设置不规范、实践活动不足、缺乏相关职业咨询中心、高校职业规划知识普及不到位、就业指导大部分停留在表面;(6)高校专业课程方面:课程内容缺乏针对性;实验探究性不强及考核方式单一;野外实习内容单一,模式呆板,过程低效;部分教育实习缺乏监管,易流于形式;学生对第二课堂参与度不高。针对以上结论及问题提出职业规划体系的构建建议如下:个人提高自我认知,增强自信心、加强环境认知、及早明确目标、多方面提升自我、进行全程化阶段规划;高校应全方位构建完善的职业规划体系、优化课程结构以满足职业需求、提高学校的“社会认同度”;政府及社会方面则出台相关政策规范职业规划教育并就此方面与高校进行长期的合作。
[Abstract]:With the increasing employment competition and employment requirements of biological normal students, the importance of scientific and reasonable career planning for biological normal college graduates is particularly prominent. However, there is a lack of research on the vocational planning of biological normal college students, so this study takes the biological normal students of Guangdong local universities as the research object, mainly discusses the level of professional planning of biological normal students and the degree of influence of different variables. The career planning in this study includes five dimensions: career planning awareness, self-cognition, environmental awareness, goal planning, implementation modification, and its influencing factors mainly include personal background, personal experience, and so on. Personal concept and school curriculum service these four aspects. According to this idea, the questionnaire is designed, and the data results are processed by correlation analysis, descriptive analysis, difference analysis and regression analysis. At the same time, this study also adopts the method of case tracking and interview. The main conclusions of this study are as follows: (1) the overall level of career planning needs to be improved. It shows that the students in biological normal school can realize the importance of career planning and have a certain demand for it, but they are generally confused in the determination of goals and the formulation of plans. (2) the level of career planning of biological normal students in gender, grade, education level of both parents, student cadre experience, social practice experience, professional identity, etc. There are differences in school curriculum and the development of school career planning service, and the P value of most T or F tests is 0.01; (3) the main factors influencing the vocational planning of biological normal students are employment intention concept, professional identity degree, social practice experience, attitude towards school career planning service and attitude towards curriculum setting. This study found that the vocational planning of biological normal students needs to be improved as follows: (1) the overall level of vocational planning of biological normal students needs to be improved; (2) the degree of professional identity of biological normal students is very low; (3) lack of knowledge and skills, lack of self-confidence in related industries, (4) lack of social practice platform for students; (5) College career planning curriculum: teachers are weak, curriculum setup is not standardized, practical activities are insufficient, lack of relevant vocational counseling center, college career planning knowledge popularization is not in place, employment guidance mostly stays on the surface; (6) specialized courses in colleges and universities: lack of pertinence of curriculum content; lack of exploration in experiment and single examination method; single content of field practice, rigid mode, low efficiency of process; lack of supervision and supervision of some educational practice, easy to become a mere formality; Students' participation in the second class is not high. In view of the above conclusions and problems, the construction of career planning system is proposed as follows: individuals improve their self-cognition, enhance their self-confidence, strengthen their environmental awareness, identify their goals as early as possible, improve themselves in many ways, and carry out the whole process of planning; Colleges and universities should build a perfect career planning system, optimize the curriculum structure to meet the professional needs, and improve the school's "social identity". The government and society have issued relevant policies to standardize the education of career planning and cooperate with colleges and universities for a long time.
