“高度政治”还是“低度政治”:我国高校学生自治的教育政治学审视

【摘要】:学生是高校的主体,学生自治理应成为高校自治的题中应有之义。尽管学生自治在"应然"层面受到广泛关注,但在"实然"层面依然遭遇"提倡容易落实难"的行动困境。这种困境的根源在于学生自治始终被遮蔽在"高度政治"的假象中,而长期受到教育管理者的制约和束缚。研究学生自治的过程和冲突,可以发现其并非"高度政治",而是"低度政治"。摆脱"高度政治"的假象,还原学生自治"低度政治"的真实面貌,是使其获得长期合法性的基础。
[Abstract]:The student is the main body of the university, the student self-administration should become the proper meaning of the university autonomy. Although student autonomy has received wide attention at the "ought to be" level, it still encounters the "easy to implement" action dilemma at the "reality" level. The root of this dilemma lies in the fact that student autonomy has always been obscured by the illusion of "high politics" and has long been restricted and restrained by educational administrators. Studying the process and conflict of student autonomy, we can find that it is not "high politics", but "low politics". To get rid of the illusion of "high politics" and to restore the true appearance of "low degree politics" of student autonomy is the basis for its long-term legitimacy.
