大学文化育人功能的实现机理:基于隐性知识传递的分析

【摘要】:大学文化具有独特的育人功能。通过对大学文化育人过程中的隐性知识传递现象进行分析,指出大学文化育人功能的实现得益于大学文化与隐性知识传递间的系统耦合。为进一步了解大学文化育人的机理和规律,构建了大学文化育人多层次隐性知识传递动力学模型。模型分析显示,和谐稳定的社会局面是大学文化育人功能得以实现的基础,确保不同类型"大学人"间的有效接触强度可以提升大学文化育人的质量与效益。最后,提出创建支撑大学文化育人功能的载体和平台、构建"大学人"广泛参与大学文化育人的机制、促进"大学人"文化自觉意识的养成等建议。
[Abstract]:University culture has a unique educational function. Through the analysis of the phenomenon of tacit knowledge transfer in the process of university culture education, it is pointed out that the realization of the function of university culture education benefits from the system coupling between university culture and tacit knowledge transmission. In order to further understand the mechanism and law of university culture education, the dynamic model of multi-level tacit knowledge transfer of university culture education is constructed. The model analysis shows that the harmonious and stable social situation is the basis for the realization of the educational function of university culture, and ensuring the effective contact intensity between different types of "university people" can enhance the quality and benefit of university culture education. Finally, the author puts forward some suggestions, such as establishing the carrier and platform to support the function of university culture education, constructing the mechanism of "university people" participating in university culture education extensively, and promoting the cultivation of cultural consciousness of "university people".
