民办高校大学生人际关系困扰与对策研究

【摘要】：目的:研究民办高校大学生人际关系困扰问题现状及解决方法。方法:采用郑日昌主编的《人际关系综合诊断量表》,500名大学生进行测试,收回有效问卷453份。结果:民办高校大学生人际关系检出率为13.7%。人际关系性别差异(待人接物:t=2.92,p0.01;异性交往:t=3.57,p0.001;总分:t=2.16,p0.05)、生源地差异(异性交往:t=-2.853,p0.01)、年级差异(总分:f=3.960,p0.05)学习成绩差异(待人接物:f=3.277,p0.05)专业差异(异性交往:t=-2.309,p0.05)是否独生子女差异(待人接物:t=2.482,p0.05)。结论:民办高校大学生人际关系状况总体良好。人际关系在性别、生源地、年级、学习成绩、专业、是否独生子女方面差异显著,家庭经济状况方面差异不显著。对策:分别从大学生个体、学校、家庭三个方面综合努力,改善大学生人际关系现状。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the current situation and solutions of interpersonal relationship problems among private college students. Methods: 500 college students were tested with Zheng Richang's Comprehensive Diagnostic scale of interpersonal relationship. 453 valid questionnaires were collected. Results: the positive rate of interpersonal relationship of private college students was 13.7%. Gender differences in interpersonal relationships (Tet 2.92 p0.01, heterosexual interaction 3.57 p0.001), gender differences in interpersonal relationships (2. 92%, p0. 01) and heterosexual communication (3. 57%, p0. 001); The total score was 2.16 / p0.05), the difference of students' origin (heterosexual interaction: t = 2.853/ p0.01), the difference of grade (total score: fou 3.960/ p0.05), the difference of academic achievement (treat people: fou 3.277), the difference of grade (total score: fou 3.960p 0.05), P0.05) whether the professional difference (heterosexual intercourse: tng-2.309, p0.05) is the only child difference (treat people: tou 2.482p0.05). Conclusion: the interpersonal relationship of private college students is good. There were significant differences in gender, place of origin, grade, academic achievement, specialty, whether the only child was the only child, but there was no significant difference in family economic status. Countermeasures: to improve the present situation of interpersonal relationship of college students from three aspects: individual, school and family.
