基于传统“工匠精神”的高校卓越工程师计划培养对策研究

【摘要】：实现制造大国向制造强国的巨大转变,"工匠精神"的彰显是必不可少的。高校作为开展卓越工程师教育培养计划的核心阵地,迫切需要得到"工匠精神"的助力。有鉴于此,文章从"工匠精神"的内涵入手,在论述高校卓越工程师教育培养计划中传承和弘扬"工匠精神"必要性和可行性的基础上,参照国外相应做法,初步探讨了高校秉持"工匠精神"培养卓越工程师的具体途径和相关对策。
[Abstract]:To realize the great transformation from manufacturing power to manufacturing power, the manifestation of craftsman's spirit is essential. As the core position of the education and training program of excellent engineer, colleges and universities urgently need the help of craftsman spirit. In view of this, the article starts with the connotation of "craftsman's spirit", on the basis of discussing the necessity and feasibility of inheriting and carrying forward "craftsman's spirit" in the education and training plan of outstanding engineer in colleges and universities, and referring to the corresponding practices abroad. This paper preliminarily discusses the concrete ways and relevant countermeasures of cultivating outstanding engineers in colleges and universities with the spirit of craftsman.
