内地高校港澳台本科生学习性投入情况与学习结果研究——以清华大学2014年在校生群体为例

【摘要】：2010年以来,我国内地高校在港澳台地区招收的学生人数增长迅速。本研究首次采用清华大学教育研究院"中国大学生学习与发展追踪研究项目"的学情调查问卷以及辅助性深度访谈和文本资料研究,探索研究了2014年清华大学全体港澳台本科在校生在学业成就和在校满意度两项教育结果以及学习性投入教育过程上的特点,进而探索比较了港澳台生相对于内地生群体的共性和特点及其产生原因。在政策和文献研究基础上,本研究的实证调查发现,清华港澳台在校本科生群体对在清华的求学经历表示整体满意,尽管在学业成就上与内地本科生相比还有一定差距,但从学习性投入上看,港澳台生在"高阶学习"和"反思与整合学习"上显著高于内地生平均水平,在"量化推理"与"合作性学习"上与内地生没有显著差别,但在"生师互动频度"与"互动质量"上仍低于内地生平均水平,特别在"生师互动频度"方面评分较低。在结论中本研究为内地高校根据港澳台生学习特点提高人才培养质量提出了政策建议。
[Abstract]:Since 2010, the number of students admitted by mainland universities in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan has increased rapidly. For the first time, this study adopts the questionnaire of Chinese University students' Learning and Development tracking Research Project, as well as auxiliary in-depth interviews and text materials. This paper explores and studies the characteristics of the academic achievement and satisfaction of Tsinghua University students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan in 2014, as well as the characteristics of the education process of learning input. Furthermore, the generality and characteristics of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan students relative to the mainland students and their causes are explored and compared. On the basis of policy and literature research, the empirical investigation of this study found that the undergraduate group of Tsinghua University students in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan expressed overall satisfaction with their study experience at Tsinghua University, although there was still a certain gap in academic achievement compared with that of mainland undergraduates. However, from the perspective of learning input, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan students'"higher learning" and "introspection and integration learning" are significantly higher than the average level of mainland students, and there is no significant difference between them in "quantitative reasoning" and "cooperative learning". However, it is still lower than the average level of students in the mainland in terms of the interaction frequency and quality of the students, especially in the aspect of the interaction frequency of the students. In conclusion, this study puts forward some policy suggestions for improving the quality of talents training according to the learning characteristics of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan students in mainland colleges and universities.
